Overview

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to join a small, highly autonomous engineering organisation working on digital asset infrastructure. The company provides secure access to enterprise blockchain and cryptographic infrastructure, including multi-party computation (MPC).

The team is strengthening its frontend engineering capabilities while accelerating the adoption of robust agentic and AI-assisted development practices.

In this role, you will take significant ownership of frontend delivery, architecture and engineering standards across multiple products. One of the major current initiatives involves integrating a digital-asset platform with a US bank, including tokenised-dollar functionality and embedding product capabilities within the bank's existing experience.

About the Environment:
— The frontend estate includes existing React / Next.js applications and a newer TanStack Start implementation.
— Technology is organised into two small teams. There is one other frontend developer who will benefit from technical guidance and mentoring.
— QA support includes test automation, manual QA and access to an external QA provider for larger testing exercises. Developers are expected to test their own work before final QA.
— DevOps and pipeline responsibilities are supported by a backend engineer who

also performs DevOps work.
— The organisation is at the beginning of a broader shift towards agentic development. Engineers already use tools such as Claude and Codex, with increased investment planned in AI development credits and workflows.

Responsibilities:
Frontend Engineering
— Deliver senior-level frontend features across the company's product estate.
— Develop scalable, maintainable interfaces using TypeScript, React and Next.js.
— Shape solutions from high-level or partially defined requirements, rather than relying on fully specified tickets.
— Contribute to frontend architecture and technical design decisions.

Agentic / AI-Assisted Engineering
— Help establish mature agentic / AI-assisted development patterns and appropriate engineering controls.
— Use AI tools to accelerate delivery without compromising code quality, maintainability, security or testing standards.
— Introduce practical checks and balances as AI-assisted development increases across frontend and backend teams.

Quality, Testing & Security
— Test own code thoroughly, including unit/component and end-to-end testing.
— Work collaboratively with QA through release and support robust engineering standards.
— Proactively identify Web3 and application-security edge cases, including user-facing risks specific to digital-asset products.

Technical Leadership & Product Judgement
— Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the Cayman-based frontend engineer without formal line-management responsibility.
— Operate with a product mindset and make sensible delivery decisions where requirements are incomplete.
— Research unfamiliar product or Web3 topics independently and propose pragmatic solutions to ambiguous challenges.

Requirements:
Essential Technical Experience
— Strong commercial frontend engineering experience, operating at Senior/Expert level.
— Expert TypeScript / JavaScript and React.
— Strong Next.js experience and deep understanding of modern frontend architecture.
— Demonstrable experience with agentic / AI-assisted software-development practices beyond basic code generation or "vibe coding".
— Automated testing experience using Playwright for E2E and Jest, Vitest or equivalent for unit/component testing.
— GitHub / GitHub Actions and modern CI/CD workflows.
— Security-conscious engineering approach, particularly for sensitive or regulated applications.

Strongly Preferred/Desirable Technical Experience
— Web3 / blockchain experience or strong working knowledge of core concepts and security considerations.
— FinTech or broader financial-services product experience.
— Vercel deployment experience.
— TanStack Start exposure.
— AWS and/or experience working in containerised, cloud-agnostic environments.
— Experience in regulated or SOC 2-aligned engineering environments.

Market Experience
— Web3 / blockchain experience is strongly preferred, but not an absolute requirement where a candidate demonstrates strong technical curiosity and the ability to learn the domain rapidly.
— FinTech / financial-services experience is a strong alternative or complementary background.
— Experience working in small, fast-moving product organisations where engineers operate with significant autonomy is highly relevant.

In this role, you will:
— manage mobile and PC game development projects;
— communicate with clients, gather requirements, clarify priorities;
— build and maintain project documentation;
— plan sprints, manage deadlines, track progress;
— contribute to roadmap planning and feature prioritization based on business and product goals;
— coordinate the work of developers, designers, artists, QA;
— handle scope changes and negotiate trade-offs with clients and stakeholders;
— provide regular status updates and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders;
— ensure smooth delivery across development and release cycles;
— oversee release management: upload builds to App Store and Google Play, set up in-app purchases, connect ad networks, prepare store listings (metadata, screenshots, descriptions).

What is important to join us:
— 1,5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Producer  in  GameDev;
— gaming experience (PC/Mobile);
— solid understanding of the game development lifecycle (from concept to release and LiveOps);
— experience with both predictive and adaptive methodologies;
— experience collaborating closely with Game Designers and participating in feature planning  or game design discussions;
— hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools;
— ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines
— basic understanding of technical processes in game development;
— strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills;
— upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken).

It’s great if you additionally have:
— knowledge of analytics tools and data-driven decision making;
— understanding of game KPIs;
— previous experience as a Game Designer or Producer;
— experience identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to product strategy;
— experience with LiveOps / in-game events;
— CAPM, PMP or other PM certifications.

— досвід роботи з іграми, що містять рівні — у пріоритеті Match-3 та Solitaire;

— досвід роботи з продуктовими даними та аналізом поведінки користувачів;

— впевнене знання SQL;

— досвід роботи з BI-інструментами та побудови дашбордів;

— розуміння основних продуктових метрик: Retention, DAU, MAU, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, Conversion, Churn;
— розуміння принципів побудови воронок та аналізу користувацького шляху;
— досвід проведення когортного аналізу;
— вміння формулювати висновки на основі даних та перетворювати їх на зрозумілі продуктові рекомендації;
— досвід роботи з Google Sheets / Excel;
— розуміння статистики та принципів проведення A/B-тестів;
— англійська — не нижче рівня Upper-Intermediate — усна та письмова.

Буде плюсом:
— досвід роботи в GameDev з мобільними F2P-проєктами;

— досвід роботи з Puzzle, Card або Casual-іграми;

— глибоке розуміння core loop та meta loop проєктів Match-3;
— досвід аналізу складності рівнів, progression та difficulty curve;
— розуміння таких ігрових показників, як level win rate, fail rate, attempts per level, completion rate, session length;
— досвід аналізу використання бустерів, валют, життів, енергії та інших ігрових ресурсів;
— розуміння ігрової економіки та монетизації Free-to-Play проєктів;
— досвід роботи з LiveOps, внутрішньоігровими подіями, оферами та сезонними активностями;
— досвід роботи з Firebase, GameAnalytics, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Adjust або аналогічними системами;
— знання Python або R для аналізу даних;
— досвід роботи з BigQuery або іншими хмарними сховищами даних.
