Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements at all levels: business, user, and functional.
• Define preliminary timelines and estimate resources needed for implementation.
• Coordinate with executors throughout all project phases and development stages (Concept, Preliminary/Working Design, Technical Documentation).
• Monitor all project stages and assess potential risks.
• Ensure timely communication and information sharing among all project stakeholders.
• Adhere to Scrum principles and practices.

Candidate Profile

• Strong technical background (Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or prior experience in an engineering role).
• Understanding of industrial development processes and stages (hardware & software).
• Proven experience managing projects and coordinating multiple teams simultaneously.
• Ability to organize and streamline workflows, establishing effective communication between diverse project groups.
• Proficiency in project estimation and analysis techniques (e.g., Three-point estimation and others).
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail in task execution.
• Ability to set and accomplish tasks quickly and accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.
