    Responsibilities:

    • Product Research
      • Gathering and analyzing business goals and user needs (brides, distributors, dealers).
      • Creating User Flows.
    • UI/UX Design
      • Designing information architecture and user flows.
      • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups (Figma).
      • Developing and maintaining the Milla Nova Design Language design system.
    • Product Analytics & Testing
      • Planning usability tests and A/B experiments, and processing metrics (GA4, Hotjar, Amplitude).
      • Interpreting data and implementing improvements in sprints.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration
      • Working closely with the product owner, product designer, marketing team, and front-end/back-end developers (React, Nest, Supabase).
      • Presenting solutions to stakeholders (C-level, partners).

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Design Tokens).
    • Practical experience in UX research (interviews, surveys, usability tests).
    • A "mobile-first" approach, knowledge of WCAG 2.1, and responsive/adaptive design.

    Milla Nova is looking for a systematic Shopify Developer who understands the ecosystem deeply and works with code, not just the customizer.

    The primary goal of this position is to develop, maintain, and optimize our Shopify themes, ensuring a high-performance shopping experience.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and customize themes using Liquid, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript (Alpine.js).
    • Work with Shopify Online Store 2.0 architecture (Sections, Blocks, JSON Templates).
    • Manage local development workflows using Shopify CLI and Git (Theme Kit).
    • Configure asset builds using Webpack/Laravel Mix or Vite.
    • Migrate legacy jQuery components to lightweight Alpine.js.
    • Optimize site speed (Google PageSpeed/Lighthouse) and implement SEO best practices.
    • Integrate third-party apps (Wishlist, Reviews) and customize email templates.

     

    Requirements:

    • 1+ years of experience in Shopify Theme Development.
    • Deep knowledge of Liquid syntax (Objects, Tags, Filters).
    • Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and Alpine.js.
    • Experience with modern build tools (npm, Webpack, Mix) – no coding "live" in the admin panel.
    • Understanding of JSON Schemas and Shopify Metafields.
    • Experience with Git flow and version control.

    Would be a great plus:

    • Experience with Vue.js/Nuxt (opportunity to help on the main Headless Frontend project when needed).
    • Experience with Shopify Function API or Checkout Extensibility.
