As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our custom Salesforce implementation, which serves as our internal ERP and CRM. You'll work closely with both technical and non-technical team members to deliver stable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Salesforce custom implementations used by multiple business units.
• Develop new components and workflows in Salesforce according to evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect technical requirements and translate them into clean, maintainable code.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for end users and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

• Participate in regular planning and sprint reviews with our distributed team.

   

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and customization.
• Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, and standard Salesforce tools.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• English at pre-intermediate level or higher (written and verbal).

• Comfortable working independently and in distributed teams.

   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems or cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of MS SQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python or Delphy is a bonus.
