We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Data Analyst with proven experience in Power BI and excellent English communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable business insights, developing dashboards, and generating reports that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions
• Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI
• Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
• Collaborate with internal teams to define and monitor KPIs
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports
• Communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases
• Proven experience with Power BI
• Being advanced user of Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• B2+ level of English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript
• Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT)
• Understanding of ML concepts
