    You will work on a high-load Anti-Fraud product, develop backend-heavy full-stack solutions, and ensure accurate, efficient, and scalable protection for our clients worldwide.

    We’re looking for a teammate who thinks systematically, acts proactively, and wants to see the real impact of their engineering decisions.


    What You'll Do:

    • Work with one of the core company’s product (Anti-fraud) using most recent technical solutions, commercial as well as open source.
    • Work closely with the team to design and implement optimal architectural and technical solutions.
    • Integrate with APIs and microservices, ensuring stability, reliability, and high-quality delivery.
    • Monitor system performance and react promptly to anomalies or failures.
    • Contribute to the company-wide Anti-Fraud strategy influencing multiple teams and product directions.
    • Implement and improve CI/CD practices to ensure smooth and automated releases.

    Job requirements

    Who you are:

    • 3+ years of front-end development experience.
    • 1+ year working with Angular.
    • Strong knowledge of:
      • PHP, JS (ES6+), TypeScript
      • HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, RxJS
      • Microservices architecture.
    • Experience with databases: MySQL, ClickHouse, or MongoDB.
    • Experience with message brokers: Kafka.
    • PHP frameworks: Symfony (required) , Zend.
    • ORM: Doctrine.
    • Testing: unit, module, integration.
    • Confident with: Git, REST API, module bundlers.
    • Experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, cloud services.
    • Fluent Ukrainian

    Will be a plus:

    • Experience working with anti-fraud systems.

    We are helping one of our product partners build a core ML function and are looking for an ML Engineer to join their internal team. The partner is building an autonomous advertising system that already creates and runs campaigns through agents. The next critical step is adding an intelligence layer that learns from outcomes and optimizes decisions autonomously.

     

    Mission
    Build machine learning and reinforcement learning systems that maximize ROI across hundreds of concurrent advertising campaigns through autonomous optimization.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Design and build reinforcement learning models for autonomous campaign optimization
    • Develop prediction models to forecast campaign profitability before spend
    • Implement automated bid adjustment, campaign kill-switches, and budget reallocation logic
    • Analyze around two years of historical campaign data in BigQuery to identify performance patterns
    • Design reward functions and feedback loops for AI agents
    • Run A/B tests comparing ML-driven optimization with rule-based approaches
    • Collaborate with an AI Creative Strategist to validate which creative patterns drive the highest ROI
    • Monitor models in production, retrain them, and continuously iterate


    Must-have requirements

    • Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field
    • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with machine learning models in production
    • Strong Python skills with the ability to write clean, testable, deployable code
    • Practical experience with at least one of the following: reinforcement learning, optimization algorithms, time-series forecasting, recommendation systems
    • Confident SQL skills (BigQuery or equivalent)
    • AI-native working style with daily use of modern AI coding tools
    • Ability to take solutions from research to production independently
    • Self-directed mindset with the ability to define and execute a work plan based on business goals
       

    Nice to have

    • Experience with Google Vertex AI, GCP, or similar cloud ML platforms

    We are helping one of our product partners build a core AI-driven advertising platform and are looking for an AI Creative Strategist to join their internal team. The product is an autonomous advertising system where AI agents create, launch, and optimize campaigns at scale. The long-term goal is to move beyond rule-based decisions toward a system that learns and improves performance over time.

     

    Creative strategy is one of the highest-leverage inputs in the product: a single improvement in prompt logic can affect thousands of campaigns instantly. While the system can already generate ads autonomously, it needs clear creative signals and hypotheses to guide learning and optimization. Your work provides this signal layer and directly feeds into the ML optimization loop.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Design, test, and iterate prompt logic for AI agents across strategy, copy, keywords, compliance, visuals, and optimization
    • Continuously analyze competitor activity using spy tools and translate winning patterns into structured prompts
    • Formulate and test multiple creative hypotheses weekly and evaluate their impact on performance metrics
    • Analyze campaign performance data to identify which creative angles and patterns drive sustainable ROI
    • Build and maintain a prompt library of validated creative patterns, structured by vertical and geography
    • Work closely with the ML Engineer to align creative signals with prediction models, reward functions, and optimization logic
       

    Must-have requirements

    • Degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as Mathematics, Economics, or Marketing with a strong analytics focus
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising (native ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) with a deep understanding of CPC, CTR, ROMI, and RPC
    • AI-native working style with daily use of LLMs and generative tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar
    • High hypothesis velocity with a focus on systematic testing rather than isolated execution
    • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to review large datasets and extract creative patterns that differentiate high-performing campaigns
    • Ability to design multi-step prompt chains where the output of one agent becomes the input for another

    Nice to have

    • Proficiency with competitive intelligence and spy tools such as AdPlexity, Anstrex, or SpyFu
    • Experience writing LLM prompts in production environments, including system prompts and few-shot prompting
    • Basic SQL or data querying skills
    • Familiarity with tracking platforms such as Binom or Voluum
