🎮 Senior Unity Developer (Full-Stack Unity / Generalist)

We’re looking for a Senior Unity Generalist / Solo Developer to build a competitive real-time 3D multiplayer experience.

This role is for someone who can take ownership of a project end-to-end inside Unity — gameplay, multiplayer logic, UI, core systems — and ship fast.

🚀 Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a 3D real-time interactive experience
• Implement and support real-time multiplayer (player synchronization, live competition)
• Build gameplay systems, player controllers, camera logic, UI flows
• Work with basic 3D environments (tracks, avatars, scene setup)
• Own features end-to-end inside Unity
• Iterate quickly and deliver production-ready builds

✅ Must-Have

• Shipped at least one complete game or real-time interactive application
• Strong experience with real-time multiplayer (Photon / Fusion / Netcode / similar)
• Solid Unity experience as a generalist or solo developer
• Basic experience with 3D environments (scene setup, cameras, lighting, assets integration)
• Strong C# and architecture skills
• “Vibe coder” mindset — able to ship fast using AI tools
  (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, etc.)

⭐ Nice-to-Have

• Experience building projects as a solo developer
• BLE / Bluetooth integration
• Physics systems (e.g., speed driven by input data)
• Experience proposing gameplay improvements or competitive modes
