What you’ll be working on

• Monitoring and analyzing the advertising market and competitors.
• Generating ideas for advertising creatives.
• Formulating clear and concise TTs for designers.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising creatives and generating ideas to improve their performance based on insights.
• Identifying new tools and approaches to enhance the creative process and achieve the best results.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in performance marketing ads.

About you

• Experience in performance/ digital/ creative marketing for at least 1 year.
• Passion for social media, knowledge of trends, and an understanding of how to create viral advertising creatives.
• Creativity, thinking outside the box, and the ability to find new solutions and ideas.
• Ability to set clear and concise tasks for designers.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Attention to detail, a high level of self-organization, and strong time management skills.
• English level: Intermediate+.

We are looking for a talented Technical Artist with a solid understanding of 3D content creation, optimization, and integration processes for mobile platforms.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for updating and optimizing our rendering pipeline to bring the game’s visuals closer to a Double/Triple-A mobile quality level. 

This role is offered as a part-time position and can be structured as project-based work or a consulting engagement.

What you’ll be working on:

• Integrating 3D assets into the project.
• Profiling and optimizing 3D content for mobile platforms.
• Collaborating closely with artists and developers to maintain an efficient production pipeline.
• Ensuring solid performance on low-end devices while delivering high-quality visuals on high-end devices.

About you:

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Artist.
• Strong understanding of 3D content creation and integration workflows.
• Hands-on experience with 3D content optimization, including CPU/RAM usage, draw calls/batching, and asset size management.
• Experience in shader creation, integration, and optimization.
• Experience working with VFX, particle systems, lighting, and animations in Unity.
• Ability to analyze, refine, and improve workflows to enhance team productivity.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and committed to continuous learning and high-quality work standards.
• English — Intermediate level or higher.

Bonus Points:

• Experience creating custom Unity Editor tools.
• Experience working with 2D asset pipelines.
• Experience with 2D animation.
• C# scripting skills.
