We are looking for an experienced freelance recruiter based in Ukraine to support hiring for our team.

Please note: we are not looking for a traditional recruitment agency. We are looking for an independent freelance recruiter or fractional recruiter who can work directly with our team.

About the Role

The roles may include IT, project management, HR/recruitment, office/admin, marketing, sales, and other business positions.

The recruiter will be responsible for active candidate sourcing, direct outreach, initial interviews, candidate evaluation, and coordination throughout the hiring process.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible, organized, and comfortable with active sourcing.

We are looking for a Office/Administrative Manager to join our Kyiv team. If you enjoy a varied workload, want to grow quickly, and are eager to contribute to the development of an international IT company - we’d be happy to meet you.

Key Responsibilities::

• Support the CEO with administrative tasks;
• Assist with recruitment processes;
• Coordinate business trips (booking tickets, hotels, and transfers);
• Communicate with vendors;
• Ensure the office has everything it needs;
• Help organize corporate events.
   

Requirements:

• English proficiency - at least B1 level (comfortable for written and verbal communication with the CEO);
• At least 6 months of experience in a similar or related position;
• Experience working at an IT company is a plus;

• Organizational skills, the ability to quickly find information, and a sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring processes from job briefing to offer stage.
• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Develop effective sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines.
• Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates’ competencies and potential.
• Onboarding & Adaptation: Coordinate onboarding and support new employees throughout their adaptation period.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (in-house).
• Experience hiring mid- and senior-level specialists.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English level B1+ or higher.
• Proactive, structured, and result-oriented mindset.
