We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Kyiv team and drive full-cycle recruitment.

Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys building strong partnerships with hiring managers and identifying top talent? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can take ownership of the hiring process and influence recruitment strategy?

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring processes from job briefing to offer stage.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and advise on candidate selection.
• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Develop effective sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines.
• Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates’ competencies and potential.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment (in-house).
• Experience hiring mid- and senior-level specialists.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English level B1+ or higher.
• Proactive, structured, and result-oriented mindset.
