We are now looking for a Project & Business Operations Coordinator (Business assistant) — a proactive, analytical professional who will strengthen operational and project workflows across the company.

About the Role

This position combines elements of project management, business analytics, and operational support.
It involves direct, frequent collaboration with the CEO, participation in international projects, and engagement in strategic company initiatives.

You will act as a key link between leadership and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, transparency, and timely execution of high-priority tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication and workflows between the CEO, management, and internal teams.
• Support international projects and track the execution of critical tasks.
• Collect and analyze data; prepare reports, summaries, and presentations.
• Participate in strategic planning and drive follow-up actions.
• Prepare materials for meetings, take notes, and manage action items.
• Monitor deadlines and task progress in PM systems.
• Assist in solving operational and business-related tasks.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Business Assistant, Project Manager Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
• Experience working with project tasks (preferably in IT or tech environment).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High level of responsibility, autonomy, and proactiveness.
• Strong Intermediate+ / Upper-Intermediate English.
• Confident use of Google Workspace; basic knowledge of Jira or Trello is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or Law.
• Experience preparing management reports or presentations.
• Basic business analysis skills.
• Understanding of modern PM methodologies.

About the Role
This position is a great opportunity for those who want to build a career in finance and accounting. You will work under the guidance of an experienced Finance Manager, gain practical skills, and gradually take on more complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with daily financial operations (processing invoices, primary documentation).
• Supporting the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
• Working with banking documents and payments.
• Providing administrative support to the finance team.

Our Expectations:

• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
• English level: Intermediate or higher (for communication with colleagues).

Would be a plus:

• 6 months and more of experience as an accounting assistant, finance assistant, or internship in a finance department.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare Cash Flow forecasts, monthly and quarterly reports (P&L, Balance Sheet).
• Banking: Open and manage bank accounts, negotiate with banks.
• Financial Operations: Control of day-to-day transactions, payroll processing, and invoicing.

• Analysis & Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes.

   

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as an Finance manager or in a similar role.
• Proven skills in financial management and reporting.
• Experience with bank processes.
• Strong communication skills and high professional integrity.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.

• Strong Intermediate English or higher for effective communication with the team.
