This team is building a next-generation platform to streamline how the client connects with external partners, enabling secure, scalable, and efficient data and service exchange.Overview
As a Product Manager in the Partner Integration Hub team, you will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for a core platform that underpins partner collaboration. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver integration capabilities that are secure, performant, and reusable at scale.
The role requires strong product management expertise, a solid understanding of agile delivery practices, and the ability to shape and communicate a platform strategy that balances technical capabilities with partner and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Partner Integration Hub.
- Translate business and partner requirements into clear, actionable backlog items.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, scalability, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and architecture teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Drive agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews) and ensure continuous delivery practices.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and partner satisfaction, using insights to inform roadmap decisions.
- Define and track KPIs to measure platform impact and success.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Champion platform thinkingβensuring integration solutions are designed for reuse and long-term scalability.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Manager for technical platforms or integration services.
- Strong understanding of agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, scaled agile environments).
- Experience with platform strategy and lifecycle management, ideally in integration or API products.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic goals.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to define KPIs and measure product success.
- Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams (engineering, UX, architecture, operations).
Desirable
- Background in telecoms, large-scale integrations, or B2B platforms.
- Familiarity with API-first product design and developer experience considerations.
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern software delivery (AWS, serverless, microservices).
- Experience working with partner-facing platforms or ecosystems.
- Prior exposure to DevEx / integration hubs / middleware platforms as products.
