About the Project

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join an international project focused on large-scale data aggregation and operational support. This role combines data analysis with operational responsibilities, offering an opportunity to work closely with both internal teams and the client.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Validate business hypotheses and support data-driven decision-making.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries.
• Investigate client-reported issues and perform data validation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and assist in resolving operational incidents.
• Support day-to-day operational processes and client requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Strong self-management and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience working in distributed or remote teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, operational environment.

• Flexibility to occasionally support business needs outside standard working hours.

   

Working Conditions

• Working schedule: Sunday–Thursday (Ukraine time zone).

You will not be maintaining a perfectly documented product with a predefined roadmap. You will help shape the product, discover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and decide what should be built next.
 

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager who operates at the intersection of business, user needs, data, AI, and engineering.

You will own product areas end-to-end: from understanding the business domain and discovering problems to defining solutions, launching features, and measuring their impact.

This is not a project coordination or task management role.

We need someone who lives the product, digs deeply into how the business works, proactively generates ideas, and takes responsibility for outcomes rather than simply delivering a list of requested features.
 

What You’ll Do

• Deeply understand the product, its users, business model, operational processes, and industry domain
• Identify business bottlenecks and turn them into product opportunities
• Generate and validate new product ideas instead of waiting for ready-made requirements
• Own product areas from discovery to delivery and further iteration
• Define success metrics before creating specifications or starting development
• Conduct user interviews, analyze product data, research competitors, and validate hypotheses
• Use AI tools and agents to prototype, automate workflows, analyze information, and improve the product
• Explore how AI can become part of the product experience, not just an internal productivity tool
• Build quick prototypes and experiments to validate ideas before investing in full-scale development
• Prioritize ruthlessly: decide what to build, what to postpone, and what not to build at all
• Translate business context into clear product direction for designers and engineers
• Work closely with engineering, design, business stakeholders, and clients
• Lead product discovery sessions, grooming, planning, design reviews, demos, and releases
• Track product and business metrics affected by your decisions
• Continuously collect feedback, learn from results, and improve the product after launch
• Challenge assumptions, including your own, and openly advocate for better solutions
   

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management
• Proven experience owning a product or product area from discovery through delivery
• Examples of product decisions that influenced business metrics such as revenue, conversion, activation, retention, operational efficiency, or customer satisfaction
• Strong understanding of product discovery, hypothesis validation, prioritization, and product analytics
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your everyday work
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into product solutions
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams
• Experience working in distributed or remote teams
• Strong written and verbal English for communication with international clients and stakeholders
   

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI-powered products, features, or internal automation
• Experience working with AI agents, LLM APIs, no-code or low-code automation, and rapid prototyping tools
• B2B SaaS, marketplace, fintech, healthtech, edtech, or other domain-heavy product experience
• Experience with product analytics tools and data-driven experimentation
• Technical background or experience working with APIs, integrations, and complex systems
• Experience working directly with founders, business owners, or international clients
