About the Project

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join an international project focused on large-scale data aggregation and operational support. This role combines data analysis with operational responsibilities, offering an opportunity to work closely with both internal teams and the client.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Validate business hypotheses and support data-driven decision-making.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries.
• Investigate client-reported issues and perform data validation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and assist in resolving operational incidents.
• Support day-to-day operational processes and client requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Strong self-management and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience working in distributed or remote teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, operational environment.

• Flexibility to occasionally support business needs outside standard working hours.

   

Working Conditions

• Working schedule: Sunday–Thursday (Ukraine time zone).

У нас уже є маркетингові активності, але зараз ми шукаємо спеціаліста, який допоможе сформувати цілісну маркетингову стратегію, покращити позиціонування компанії, розвивати контент, сайт, SEO та інші канали просування.

Нам потрібен не маркетинг заради кількості публікацій або виконаних задач. Ми шукаємо людину, яка розуміє бізнес-цілі, працює з аналітикою та може перетворювати маркетингові активності на вимірюваний результат.

Що потрібно буде робити

• Розробляти та реалізовувати B2B-маркетингову стратегію компанії.
• Досліджувати цільові ринки, аудиторії, конкурентів і тренди у сфері IT та software development.
• Розвивати позиціонування Meduzzen та формувати зрозумілі маркетингові повідомлення для різних сегментів клієнтів.
• Планувати та створювати контент для LinkedIn, сайту, блогу, email-розсилок та інших каналів.
• Готувати кейси, презентації, експертні матеріали, посадкові сторінки та інші маркетингові матеріали.
• Розвивати корпоративний сайт та працювати над покращенням його конверсії.
• Планувати й реалізовувати SEO-стратегію 
• Працювати над розвитком бренду компанії та підвищенням його впізнаваності.
• Відстежувати ключові маркетингові показники, аналізувати результати та знаходити точки зростання.
• Взаємодіяти з sales-командою, дизайнерами, розробниками та керівництвом компанії.

• Використовувати AI-інструменти для досліджень, створення контенту, аналітики й автоматизації робочих процесів.

   

Нам важливо

• Досвід у B2B-маркетингу
• Досвід роботи в IT, software development, SaaS або суміжній сфері.
• Розуміння особливостей просування послуг на ринках США та Європи.
• Англійська на рівні Upper-Intermediate або вище.
• Досвід створення маркетингових стратегій і контент-планів.
• Розуміння контент-маркетингу, SEO та основ digital-маркетингу.
• Уміння працювати з аналітикою, метриками та маркетинговими воронками.
• Здатність самостійно організовувати свою роботу та доводити задачі до результату.

• Ініціативність, системність і готовність тестувати нові підходи.

   

Буде великим плюсом

• Практичний досвід маркетингу для аутсорсингових або аутстафінгових IT-компаній.
• Досвід просування AI-рішень, SaaS-продуктів або послуг із кастомної розробки.
• Досвід роботи з Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush або аналогічними інструментами.
• Досвід запуску платної реклами.
• Досвід роботи з CRM та системами маркетингової автоматизації.
• Практичне використання AI-сервісів у щоденній роботі.
• Досвід роботи з міжнародними ринками.

We are looking for a Product Manager who is genuinely obsessed with products and AI. Someone who constantly explores new tools, experiments with AI agents, questions existing workflows, and turns business problems into simple, scalable product solutions.

You will not be maintaining a perfectly documented product with a predefined roadmap. You will help shape the product, discover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and decide what should be built next.
 

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager who operates at the intersection of business, user needs, data, AI, and engineering.

You will own product areas end-to-end: from understanding the business domain and discovering problems to defining solutions, launching features, and measuring their impact.

This is not a project coordination or task management role.

We need someone who lives the product, digs deeply into how the business works, proactively generates ideas, and takes responsibility for outcomes rather than simply delivering a list of requested features.
 

What You’ll Do

• Deeply understand the product, its users, business model, operational processes, and industry domain
• Identify business bottlenecks and turn them into product opportunities
• Generate and validate new product ideas instead of waiting for ready-made requirements
• Own product areas from discovery to delivery and further iteration
• Define success metrics before creating specifications or starting development
• Conduct user interviews, analyze product data, research competitors, and validate hypotheses
• Use AI tools and agents to prototype, automate workflows, analyze information, and improve the product
• Explore how AI can become part of the product experience, not just an internal productivity tool
• Build quick prototypes and experiments to validate ideas before investing in full-scale development
• Prioritize ruthlessly: decide what to build, what to postpone, and what not to build at all
• Translate business context into clear product direction for designers and engineers
• Work closely with engineering, design, business stakeholders, and clients
• Lead product discovery sessions, grooming, planning, design reviews, demos, and releases
• Track product and business metrics affected by your decisions
• Continuously collect feedback, learn from results, and improve the product after launch
• Challenge assumptions, including your own, and openly advocate for better solutions
   

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management
• Proven experience owning a product or product area from discovery through delivery
• Examples of product decisions that influenced business metrics such as revenue, conversion, activation, retention, operational efficiency, or customer satisfaction
• Strong understanding of product discovery, hypothesis validation, prioritization, and product analytics
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your everyday work
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into product solutions
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams
• Experience working in distributed or remote teams
• Strong written and verbal English for communication with international clients and stakeholders
   

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI-powered products, features, or internal automation
• Experience working with AI agents, LLM APIs, no-code or low-code automation, and rapid prototyping tools
• B2B SaaS, marketplace, fintech, healthtech, edtech, or other domain-heavy product experience
• Experience with product analytics tools and data-driven experimentation
• Technical background or experience working with APIs, integrations, and complex systems
• Experience working directly with founders, business owners, or international clients

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join the project as soon as possible.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical role
• Strong Python and FastAPI skills
• Experience with MongoDB Atlas
• Basic AWS knowledge, including Batch, CloudWatch, ECS, and S3
• Linux or macOS as a daily operating system — non-negotiable
• Strong written and spoken English

• Availability to start ASAP

• Experience integrating WhatsApp, SMS services such as Telnyx, and email platforms such as Postmark
• Experience with WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, or HTTP streaming
