    Key Responsibilities:

    • Formulate and implement SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
    • Continuously refine approaches based on performance insights, competitor analysis, and market trends.
    • Oversee technical SEO elements, including Single Page Application (SPA) challenges, rendering solutions, and site architecture.
    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of technical SEO best practices.
    • Track and evaluate key SEO metrics (rankings, organic traffic, conversions, etc)
    • Provide data-backed insights to drive ongoing improvements in organic performance.
    • Develop comprehensive reports to keep stakeholders informed of SEO progress, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates, assessing their potential impact on our strategies.
    • Drive innovation and experimentation to maintain a competitive advantage in organic search.

       

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a proven track record in technical SEO and data-driven strategy.
    • Experience with the Turkish Market is a must-have 
    • Experience with one of the listed markets as an SEO Manager. 
    • Deep understanding of SPA optimization, site architecture, and rendering solutions.
    • Proficiency in resolving technical SEO issues to improve search engine visibility.
    • Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
    • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms.
    • Skilled in creating insight-focused reports for stakeholders.
    • Capable of translating complex data into clear strategic recommendations.

    We are looking for a motivated Junior SERM Specialist with an SEO background to help manage and protect our brand’s online reputation. You’ll be responsible for monitoring search results, suppressing negative content, and promoting positive narratives through data-driven SEO strategies.


    We are looking for candidates located in the European time zone (CET ±1) to ensure smooth collaboration.


    What we expect:

    • 1+ years of hands-on experience in SEO & SERM.
    • 1+ years of experience with Google Ads
    • Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (written and spoken), fluent Ukrainian or Russian.
    • Foundational knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO and how it applies to reputation management.
    • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

    • File complaints in Google Ads against competitors for trademark infringement or unfair advertising.
    • Submit reports for Trademark/Copyright violations and phishing to hosting providers and registrars.
    • Execute strategies to displace negative search results with positive brand content.
    • Coordinate with webmasters and platforms to remove or update misleading information.
    • Prepare regular reports on reputation KPIs and the effectiveness of brand protection efforts.
