As a key member of our engineering team, you'll own the delivery of scalable, production-grade services that operate under heavy load and demand absolute reliability. You'll drive architectural decisions, implement robust integrations with messaging and streaming platforms, and ensure that every API we ship is secure, efficient, and built for scale. Collaborating closely with product owners, front-end developers, and DevOps, you'll have the freedom to influence how features are shaped and the responsibility to see them through from concept to deployment. This is a role for an engineer (not just a coder) who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, optimizing for performance at scale, and delivering software that directly impacts hundreds of thousands of users in real time.

What We're Looking For

🛠 Technical Skills

• 4+ years of commercial Golang development experience in production systems
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency with gRPC and Kafka for high-performance service communication and event streaming
• Advanced database knowledge (PostgreSQL or Google Spanner) including schema design, indexing, and query optimization
• Experience with profiling and benchmarking Go applications (pprof or similar)
• Ability to design and implement complex automated processes such as cron jobs with dependencies, retries, and monitoring
• Skilled in writing clear API documentation and technical specifications

📈 Relevant Experience

• Designing and operating high-load, distributed architectures in production environments
• Delivering scalable microservices from concept to deployment
• Working in cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical features
• Troubleshooting and optimizing systems in real-time, high-traffic environments
• Experience with ERP domain is considered a plus
• Proven motivation to grow as an engineer, with an interest in career development and continuous skill growth

Our software powers ground transportation operations across the United States, moving millions of passengers every year through dispatch systems, driver apps, passenger booking platforms, and back-office solutions.

Why This Role Exists 

We need a frontend engineer who ships fast without sacrificing quality. Someone who treats AI as a multiplier, not a crutch. Who can take a Figma file and deliver a pixel-perfect, functional UI before anyone expected it. And when there's no design? Someone with enough product sense to fill the gaps and improve the experience anyway. 

You'll build dashboards and operational UIs for our healthcare transportation platform: dispatcher tools, admin panels, and features that help manage thousands of rides daily. 

This is a solo frontend role with high ownership. You'll collaborate with PMs, designers, and backend engineers, but the frontend is yours. 

What You'll Do 

Build & Ship 

• Build and maintain UIs for dispatcher dashboards, admin panels, and operational features 
• Translate Figma designs into clean, functional React components 
• Integrate with backend APIs (REST, gRPC) 
• Ensure UI flows are intuitive, responsive, and performant 

Own & Improve 

• Write clean, typed, maintainable TypeScript 

AI-Augmented Development 

• Use Claude AI, Figma MCP, and other AI tools to accelerate development 
• We don't just allow AI. We expect you to leverage it intelligently 
• Ship faster, iterate quicker, maintain quality 

What You Bring 

Experience 

• 2-4 years frontend development with React and TypeScript 
• Track record of shipping production UIs: dashboards, admin tools, or complex web apps 
• Experience working from Figma designs and collaborating with designers 

Technical Skills 

• React + TypeScript - deep proficiency, not just familiarity 
• Vite - modern build tooling 
• CSS-in-JS (Emotion) + Material UI - component styling and UI library 
• Redux Toolkit and RTK Query - state management 
• REST + gRPC - API integration 
• Git, code review, CI/CD basics 

Nice to Have 

• Knowledge of principals - Playwright  
• Svelte - modern reactive framework 
• Zustand - lightweight state management 
• Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui - utility-first styling 

AI-Native Workflow 

• Experience using AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, Copilot)
