Technical Skills:

-3+ years of commercial Golang development experience in production systems

-Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines

-Proficiency with gRPC and Kafka for high-performance service communication and

event streaming

-Advanced database knowledge (PostgreSQL or Google Spanner) including schema

design, indexing, and query optimization

-Experience with profiling and benchmarking Go applications (pprof or similar)

-Ability to design and implement complex automated processes such as cron jobs with

dependencies, retries, and monitoring

-Skilled in writing clear API documentation and technical specifications

-Upper-Intermediate or higher English level

Що робитимеш:

— Уточнюєш вимоги зі стейкхолдерами US time-zone → фіксуєш у вигляді текстових user stories та UML-схем (Excalidraw), ведеш версіонування — Формуєш knowledge base по вже готовому продукту — Пишеш і підтримуєш User Manual для кінцевих користувачів (з варіантами під різні штати США) — Створюєш навчальний центр із короткими скрінкаст-відео
 

Що маєш на старті: Схеми процесів в Excalidraw, великий масив тест-кейсів, кілька середовищ для запису демо.
 

Стек / інструменти: Excalidraw, будь-який таск-трекер, інструменти для запису скрінкастів — без жорстких вимог до конкретних тулів.
