We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to manage the social media presence of multiple brands within our portfolio.
This is a hands-on role combining social media strategy, content planning, team coordination, community engagement, performance analysis, and campaign execution.

 About the Role
The Social Media Marketing Manager will develop and execute social media strategies across several US-focused projects and brands.
You will oversee content calendars, coordinate content production, manage publishing and engagement, monitor performance, and ensure that every brand maintains a consistent and professional online presence.
The ideal candidate understands how to adapt content to different industries and audiences while keeping marketing activities aligned with each project’s business objectives.

 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple projects and brands.
• Manage brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and maintain structured content calendars.
• Plan campaigns, content themes, post formats, and publishing schedules.
• Write, review, and edit engaging social media copy in professional English.
• Coordinate the production of graphics, videos, reels, stories, and other creative content.
• Prepare clear briefs for designers, video editors, content creators, and other team members.
• Publish and schedule content using social media management tools.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, reviews, and audience engagement.
• Ensure timely and professional community management.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and content quality across all channels.
• Research trends, competitors, target audiences, hashtags, and platform developments.
• Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, traffic, leads, and brand awareness.
• Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with performance marketing specialists.
• Track key performance indicators and prepare regular performance reports.
• Use platform insights and performance data to improve content and campaign results.
• Coordinate priorities, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with leadership, operations, sales, recruitment, and other internal teams.

 Required Qualifications
 

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, SMM Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or in a comparable role.
• A portfolio or examples of social media accounts, content, and campaigns you have managed.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their audiences, formats, and algorithms.
• Experience developing social media strategies and managing content calendars.
• Strong content-writing and editing skills.
• Experience coordinating designers, video editors, or other creative specialists.
• Ability to manage several brands or projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of social media analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet deadlines.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Availability to work full-time from our Bucharest office in the Pipera area.
• Ability to provide services through a registered business entity under a B2B collaboration agreement.

 Preferred Qualifications
 

• Experience supporting brands targeting the United States market.
• Experience working in a multi-brand, agency, holding-company, or shared-services environment.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Business, YouTube Studio, or similar platforms.
• Experience with paid social media advertising.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or comparable tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
• Experience with influencer marketing, short-form video, and user-generated content.
• Understanding of modern AI tools and their practical application in social media marketing.

About the role:
MediDrive is a US-based non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) platform. We're a fast-growing early-stage startup, so things move quickly and the structure is still being built.
You'll own the flow of incoming requests from our US operations team and our AI tooling into the development team. You decide what's real, what matters, and what gets built, turn the keepers into clear tickets, and are the single point of contact for the people raising requests. If you're energized by bringing order to a busy, ambiguous pipeline rather than stepping into a ready-made one, you'll thrive here.

Responsibilities:

• Learn the system deeply and fast. This comes first: you need to study the platform until you can judge requests and make calls on your own, without escalating routine decisions.
• Maintain clear documentation, including diagrams.
• Own the intake pipeline: every request from operations and from our AI tooling passes through you before it reaches a developer.
• Triage and prioritize independently: you'll receive a high volume of requests and the team can't work on everything, so you decide what's a real issue, what to merge, and what to reject, on your own judgment.
• Evaluate AI-generated tickets critically: a large share of requests come from AI tools. You separate genuine defects from noise, rewrite the real ones into proper tickets, and feed problems back to improve the tooling rather than dismissing it.
• Break vague, high-level problems into clear, actionable work: user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, split into FE / BE / QA.
• Oversee implementation and hold quality control through the development lifecycle.
• Be the communication bridge between the US operations team and the technical team (BE / FE / QA) at every stage.
   

Requirements:

• 2+ years as a Business Analyst in IT with international / American companies.
• Strong written and verbal English (C1+): daily communication with the US office.
• Decisive and comfortable saying no: able to close or reject requests on your own judgment without escalating every call.
• Open-minded and comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, high request volume, and a fast pace.
• Proactive, self-directed, and reliable across multiple workstreams.
• Strong ability to gather, structure, and document complex business requirements.
• Able to lead and monitor tasks from requirement through to launch, and break work into proper FE / BE / QA tasks.
• Data literacy: able to look at a database and ask the right questions (SQL is a plus).
• Critical, hands-on user of AI tools (Claude): able to judge and correct AI output, not just accept it.
• Hands-on with diagramming and process modeling (flows, sequence diagrams, BPMN / UML).
• Tools we use: Linear, databases, Excalidraw (Figma possibly later), Claude, CodeRabbit.
• NEMT / healthcare / transportation-provider domain experience is a plus.
   

Working conditions:

• Remote.
• US time zone: start after 13:00–15:00 and work until 23:00 minimum, Kyiv time. Overtime is paid (we use a time tracker).

!!!!The role follows New York (NY) time zone, so you’ll need to be available and responsive until approximately 11 PM–12 AM Ukraine time.

Responsibilities:
-Eliminate toil through automation, re-architecting, and refactoring — not just patching
symptoms.
-Approach every incident with an "Automate Everything" mindset so the same problem
never fires twice.
-Pair with software engineers to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents down to
root cause.
-Drive complex infrastructure changes with full transparency, clear communication,
and zero downtime.
-Design and implement self-healing, reliable, and scalable infrastructure in a cloud-
native environment.
-Guide and unblock developers across multiple teams so they can keep shipping with
confidence.
-Define SLOs and error quotas for production services; own and manage the error
budget.
-Own the GitOps workflow via ArgoCD — every deployment is Git-defined, automated,
and reproducible.
-Write or review postmortems after incidents; track corrective actions to completion.
Participate in the follow-the-sun on-call rota and actively champion our DevOps
culture.

• Russian — a plus (large part of team is Russian-speaking people from Latvia and Kazahstan)

What does an average day look like?
You'll proactively support production workloads, troubleshoot issues to their root cause,
and write or review postmortems once incidents are resolved. You'll continuously identify
weaknesses in infrastructure and observability and feed them into the improvement
backlog.
