MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with CMO and execute marketing activities according to the plan.
• Coordinate tasks between SMM, designers, copywriters, and external contractors.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Manage content schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Work on social media activities, PR tasks, and partnerships.
• Coordinate and manage preparations for offline conferences and industry events.

• Participate in brainstorming and contribute ideas for content and promotions.

   

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 1,5+ years of experience in marketing.
• Understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Initiative, creativity, willingness to develop within the company.
• Experience with AI tools.
• Hands-on experience in a specific marketing area would be an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

• English level: Upper-Intermediate.

We provide ad account management services to media buyers and agencies across major advertising platforms. You'll be their main point of contact — the person who knows what's going on, responds quickly, and gets things resolved. Most of your day is chat-based. You need to know the ad ecosystem well enough to give accurate answers quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, effective support aligned with company standards via chat, occasional video calls when needed
• Onboard new clients, walk them through the service, set expectations, build trust from day one
• Deliver and manage ad accounts, handling appeals, monitor status and spend, handle ID reviews
• Resolve account issues, bans, unlocks, proxy errors and keep clients in the loop throughout
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, support retention of existing clients

• Understanding how Ad Accounts work from the inside
• B2+ English, written and verbal
• Comfortable working independently across shifts

We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven marketing lead to structure, lead, and scale the marketing function across our two core products. You’ll manage team and work directly with the C-suite to set KPIs, build systems, and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute half-year and full-year marketing strategies.
• Define and track KPIs for performance, lead generation, and team productivity.
• Lead weekly planning, execution monitoring, and monthly reporting of all marketing efforts.
• Systemize the lead acquisition + lead management flow.
• Spot growth opportunities, test new channels, and scale what works.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital marketing, with a proven strategic and team leadership background.
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing and paid performance channels (Google, Meta).
• Strong analytical skills — confident with dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
• Proficiency in applying AI tools for work tasks.
• PR and partnership management experience is a plus.
• Upper-intermediate English (B2).

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who is comfortable working with numbers, analyzing financial data, and handling day-to-day financial operations.

You will work closely with the Finance team and other departments, ensuring accurate transaction processing, reconciliations, and timely support for client-related financial requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client-related financial requests, including top-ups, card management, and other transactions through the client service system.
• Perform daily reconciliations of company transactions and identify any discrepancies.
• Prepare calculations and work with financial data using MS Excel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Communicate effectively with the Finance team and other departments to resolve financial and operational matters.
• Support the Finance team with regular reporting and day-to-day financial operations.

• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline financial processes.

   

Requirements

• Previous experience in Finance is required.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, tables, and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• English — B1 or higher, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and grow professionally.
