You'll be their main point of contact — the person who knows what's going on, responds quickly, and gets things resolved. Most of your day is chat-based. Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, effective support aligned with company standards via chat, occasional video calls when needed
• Onboard new clients, walk them through the service, set expectations, build trust from day one
• Deliver and manage ad accounts, handling appeals, monitor status and spend, handle ID reviews
• Resolve account issues, bans, unlocks, proxy errors and keep clients in the loop throughout
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, support retention of existing clients
