    We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager to take charge of launching, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns in Google Ads. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of analytics, expertise in GA4 and GTM, and the ability to implement non-standard approaches for promoting complex niches.     Main Responsibilities:

    • Launching, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns in Google Ads.
    • Setting up and managing analytics in GA4, working with GTM.
    • Bypassing ad blocks in Google Ads.
    • Setting up advertising campaigns on additional websites.
    • Participating in the creation of landing pages for the product.
    • Configuring advertising campaigns for mobile applications.
    • A/B testing of landing pages.
    • Testing and implementing non-standard approaches to promote complex niches.
    • Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and continuously improving them.
    • Working with financial offers and increasing their conversion rate.
    • Preparing reports and recommendations for budget optimization.
    • Writing technical specifications for landing page development.

     

    Professional Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience with Google Ads, GA4, and GTM.
    • Experience with financial products and complex niches is preferred.
    • Skills in A/B testing, working with creatives and landing pages.
    • Ability to analyze data, work with KPIs, and optimize advertising expenses.
    • Experience working with UAC campaigns.
    • Experience with Apple Search.
    • Experience working with Adjust & Affise.
    • Understanding of the Spanish and Mexican markets.
    • English level B1 or higher.
    • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
    • Experience in traffic arbitrage is desirable.

    • Experience in Python for automation tasks such as API integration, data formatting, custom reporting, and scheduling.
    • Familiarity with task scheduling tools
    • Understanding of collection processes and KPIs, or a strong eagerness to learn quickly.
    • Experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, retention, and funnel tracking.
    • Strong ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences through visualization, storytelling, and actionable recommendations.
    • Experience in migrating manual reports to standardized BI tools.
    • Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (written and spoken).
