We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights, improve campaign efficiency, and enhance customer engagement. This role involves collecting and analyzing data from various marketing channels, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting A/B testing, and optimizing marketing spend. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing analytics, data visualization, and performance measurement to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Data-driven insights generation to achieve marketing goals and improve marketing performance.
- Organizing the process from idea generation to A/B testing, analyzing test results, and implementing changes based on the obtained results.
- Gather and organize data from internal databases and various marketing channels (website traffic, direct communication campaigns, digital ads, etc.)
- Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations for monitoring KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as ROI, conversion rates, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and LTV (Customer Lifetime Value).
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends.
- Segment audiences based on demographics, behavior, and engagement.
- A/B test campaigns, calculate planned performance metrics, and measure effectiveness.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance. Track industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Set up and control of all marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Adjust etc.
- Calculating the planned ROI for marketing campaigns and summarising the actual result.
- Presentations with monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual results
Expected Results:
- Developed and maintained real-time dashboards tracking key marketing metrics, including leads, deals, CAC, applications, CPA (cost per application), clicks, CPC, bounce rates, etc., with data refreshed at least once per hour.
- Achieved at least a 10% reduction in CAC by implementing A/B test insights and making data-driven decisions, improving efficiency across markets: Romania, Czech Republic, Mexico, Spain.
- Guaranteeing fully automated data collection and processing, ensuring the marketing team does not spend time on data gathering or manual adjustments.
Professional Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation (5+ years of experience).
- Experience with Data Analytics & Visualization Tools: Excel (Advanced: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros), SQL (for querying databases), Power BI / Looker (for data visualization).
- Experience with Digital Analytics Tools: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Adjust, Appsflyer.
- Proficiency in SEO Analytics Tools: Ahrefs, Similarweb, and other similar platforms.
- Skilled in designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests to optimize marketing performance, with a focus on deriving actionable, data-driven insights.
- Experience in Customer Segmentation & Cohort Analysis.
- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- English - ability to work with English speaking team is a MUST

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to maintain a consistent and effective content strategy.
Main Responsibilities:- Organise a clear and understandable process for the preparation of all content material.
- Maintain and update website content for all sites in Romania, Czech Republic, Mexico, and Spain, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Create engaging ad texts and visuals for digital campaigns, SMS, emails and other channels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Coordinate all content materials with the legal department to avoid penalties and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Creation and control of a database with all templates of messages in direct communication: SMS, emails, etc.
- Monthly review and update all existing materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and legally safe.
- Support all content demands of marketing teams and other departments.
- Organize contests and giveaways to boost customer engagement and motivate activity.
- Monitor competitors’ content strategies and suggest improvements for company materials.
- Setting tasks and controlling the designer's workload.
- Collaborate with the SEO agency to implement keywords and track content performance.
Expected Results:
- 100% compliance with legal requirements across all website content and ads materials, ensuring no regulatory penalties.
- Achieving up to a 10% optimization in CAC through regular updates to the visual and content elements of websites and a systematic review of ad messaging.
- Implementing a CMS to quickly work with content on the main sites.
Professional Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content management, writing, or copywriting (2+ years preferred).
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English (additional knowledge of Romanian, Czech, Spanish, or Mexican Spanish is a plus).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML knowledge.
- Experience in creating content for digital ads, SMS, and email marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of SEO principles and experience in creating SEO-friendly content.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across different brands and markets.
