Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results
• Level of English: Intermediate+
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Deep knowledge of Google’s algorithm updates, search intent, and ranking factors
• Experience with AEO strategies and visibility optimization for AI-powered platforms
• Understanding of how AI crawlers (e.g., OpenAI, Bing, Perplexity) interpret and access content
• Strong grasp of structured data, semantic HTML, and schema markup
• Proficiency with SEO tools: Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GSC, GA, etc.
• Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of link-building tactics and backlink analysis
• Solid logic reasoning and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Bonus: Experience in content marketing

   

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Conduct technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations
• Analyze keywords, competitors, and SERP trends to drive organic growth
• Implement and refine AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to boost presence in AI-driven results (e.g., ChatGPT, Bing Copilot, Perplexity)
• Optimize websites to be fully visible, crawlable, and indexable by AI crawlers and search bots
• Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO improvements (CWV, mobile-first, structured data)
• Conduct on-page SEO improvements: metadata, headings, internal linking, content hierarchy
• Support content team with SEO briefs, keyword clustering, and content optimization
• Plan and manage ethical link-building initiatives
• Monitor algorithm changes and update strategies accordingly
• Track and report on SEO performance using relevant KPIs (traffic, rankings, CTR, etc.)
• Stay ahead of SEO trends, AI search evolution, and changes in Google’s algorithms

About the position:

Copenhagen Quarters (one of our products) is seeking a part-time SEO Assistant to support ongoing search engine optimization work for our Danish rental platform CopenhagenQuarters.dk. You’ll be based at our Lviv office (MatchOffice Ukraine) and collaborate directly with our SEO and content team. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone detail-oriented, structured, and eager to gain hands-on experience in content-driven SEO for a growing real estate site. 

Working Hours: 

• 8-24 hours/week — onsite at our Lviv office, ideally every Monday or Friday 

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of SEO and content structure 
• Accuracy and ability to follow naming, linking, and format conventions 
• Competence in Excel/Sheets for mapping content and links 
• Good written English (Intermediate or higher) 
• Available to work on-site in Lviv, ideally on Mondays or Fridays 

Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of Danish - an advantage, but not required 
• Open and structured mindset and aspiration to be a team player
• Strong communication skills
• Fast learner
• Experience in AI prompting would be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assistance with internal linking across blog and dictionary pages  
• Link building opportunities search 
• Support management of external feeder blogs
