You can take raw ideas, transcripts, or conversations and turn them into smart, scroll-stopping posts that attract founders and decision-makers in SaaS, fintech, and healthtech.
You love structure, clarity, and keeping a consistent narrative across posts.🔹 What You’ll Do
Content Strategy & Planning
- Build and manage a content calendar for LinkedIn (2–4 posts/week)
- Define recurring content pillars (case studies, insights, founder stories, industry lessons)
- Suggest formats and angles that align with demand generation goals
- Research trends and conversation topics in design, SaaS, and tech
Writing & Editing
- Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts in a conversational, human tone
- Refine ideas and short notes into clear, impactful narratives
- Create hooks, headlines, and CTAs that drive engagement
- Collaborate with designer on visuals or carousels
Analysis & Optimization
- Track post performance and identify patterns that work
- Propose content improvements based on data and engagement
- Maintain consistency in tone, topics, and storytelling style
🧠 Skills & Background
- Excellent written English (C1+), natural storytelling voice
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn content formats and tone
- Familiar with B2B / founder-driven content and demand generation
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or design fields is a plus
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working asynchronously
