THE ROLE

You’ll own our Linear board — not as a passive task tracker, but as the architect of how work flows through a high-velocity engineering team. When the board is clean and sprints are humming, you don’t sit back, You open an AI tool and start building. You automate a report, You prototype a feature, You create a workflow that saves the team 10 hours a week.

You’re a builder who happens to be brilliant at organizing other builders.
