Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Manager to identify and qualify potential clients for our growing agency. You will be responsible for building our sales pipeline through strategic research and outreach across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, Google, Upwork, industry databases, and information platforms
- Generate highly qualified leads with complete contact information
- Build and maintain comprehensive lead databases
- Analyze market trends and identify target segments
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion potential
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and performance
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of lead generation experience
- Previous experience working with service companies (IT, Design, or Marketing)
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced LinkedIn features
- Experience with database tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
- Strong data scraping skills from various online sources
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and lead management tools
Technical Skills:
- Advanced LinkedIn prospecting techniques
- Data extraction and web scraping tools
- Database management and data analysis
- Email verification and contact enrichment tools
- Google search optimization for lead research
