We’re looking for a Content Lead who will facilitate the setup of a scalable content system, from building the right team structure to testing AI-based process improvements.

What you will be doing:

• Setting up and managing a remote team of copywriters and editors across multiple geographies and languages
• Editing and supervising content quality
• Preparing and managing content briefs with a focus on SEO optimization
• Facilitating the setup and testing of AI-driven automation processes for content creation and management (brief generation, content QA, reporting) by coordinating with technical and marketing specialists
• Collaborating with a SEO, AI, and marketing teams to align content workflows with company goals

About you:

• Experience in hiring, managing, and developing content teams
• Understanding of SEO principles, content structure, and performance metrics
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation frameworks used in marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI)

• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities across multiple channels.
• Work with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney, etc.) to support content creation, research, data processing, and workflow improvements.
• Build, update, and maintain automations in n8n / Make (notifications, content pipelines, data routing, simple bots).
• Help prepare content for social media, email campaigns, outreach, and websites.
• Support competitive & market research initiatives.
• Work with Google Sheets/Notion databases to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure tasks move smoothly.
• Monitor marketing performance and help recommend improvements.

About You

• Interest or basic understanding of AI tools and their application in marketing.
• Curiosity for automations, workflow logic, n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and structure it clearly.
• High level of responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail.
• English: B1–B2+.
• Bonus (not required): understanding of SMM, outreach, or content production.

About you:

• Efficient strategy planning.
• 1.5–3+ years of experience in SMM.
• Content creation is a plus.
• Confident in editing short-form videos (CapCut/Premiere/etc.).
• Experience managing multiple accounts at once.
• Strong sense of storytelling and aesthetics.
• B2 English or higher (written + verbal).
• High level of responsibility and independence.
