Mantis Analytics is a dynamic Ukrainian startup that was created a month after the full-scale invasion.
Initially, we worked as a volunteer project focused on information warfare, with the clear goal of increasing the effectiveness of information warfare using modern technologies (ML, NLP, Big Data).
We helped and continue to help state bodies, security institutions, analytical centers and volunteer teams to make effective resistance in the information field. During this time, they developed a line of products for working with AI-based infofield.
Currently, our ambition is to make the company a world leader in the field of using AI to manage physical and informational risks. To this end, we are currently working on creating a situational awareness platform for the corporate sector.

Mantis Analytics is an AI-driven threat intelligence and situation awareness platform. We provide organizations reliable and actionable data for both physical and informational risk management, enriched with deep intelligence.
We are seeking a Data Analyst who is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights. In this role, you will work closely with our intelligence and engineering teams to analyze vast datasets, identify trends, and generate reports that inform high-stakes security decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Clean and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and report.
- Present insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Machine Learning Collaboration:
- Work with ML engineers to support model development, validation, and deployment.
- Apply foundational machine learning techniques to enhance data analysis where applicable
- Business Impact:
- Translate business questions into analytical problems and propose data-driven solutions..
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends in data analysis and ML tools/techniques.
- Contribute to improving data quality.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
- Exposure to ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning) through coursework, projects, or work experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with Python (Pandas, Polars, NumPy).
- Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Understanding of statistical analysis.
