Who We Are Looking For
A specialist who can take one of the following roles:
Technical Project Manager — strong technical background + exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Senior Development Lead — hands-on experience with Angular/.NET and proven technical leadership.Both roles are key positions responsible for technical quality, planning, and communication with the US team.
Responsibilities
- Participation in technical decision-making, architecture discussions, and review of technical documentation
- Sprint planning, prioritization, release forecasting
- Managing the technical roadmap, risks, and technical debt
- Leading meetings with US stakeholders, weekly status updates to the CTO
- Mentoring the team, ensuring code quality and adherence to SDLC
Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience in development or technical management
- 3-5 years in a Tech Lead / PM / Tech PM role
- Experience with SaaS / enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of architecture (hands-on ~30% for Lead role)
- Tech stack: Angular, .NET, Azure (hands-on or high-level depending on the role)
- English — C1/native-like
