MajestIQ
MajestIQ is a small team of operator-engineers who live at the intersection of e-commerce operations and modern AI. For the last 15+ years we’ve been building, breaking, and rebuilding systems on Amazon and across marketplace infrastructure. We care less about glossy dashboards and more about fixing the ugly problems that quietly drain margin and attention. We work with a small number of large brands and infrastructure partners. Most of what we build never has our logo on it. It shows up as cleaner operations, faster decisions, and fewer “what just happened?” moments. Our work ranges from account-health and compliance systems, to review and reputation intelligence, to automation that turns messy manual workflows into reliable, agent-driven processes. We speak both languages: operators who think in constraints and edge cases, and builders who think in data structures, APIs, and agents. Our job is to translate business reality into systems that can be trusted in production. We’re not an agency and we’re not selling seats to a tool. We build proprietary infrastructure with partners, then share what we’re learning so other operators can think more clearly about AI, automation, and systems.
