Skills and experience
- 2,5 + years experience working as part of UI/UX product design teams;
- Strong knowledge of the basic concepts of application architecture, the software design process, and UI/UX design deliverables;
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles;
- Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe After Effects, InVision, etc.;
- Experience with Agile/Scrum design methodologies;
- High communication skills, respectful debate;
- Experience collaborating with product teams, reporting into 2-3 managers;
- Ability to work with task management tools like Notion, Jira;
- Ability to effectively capture key ideas, anticipate roadblocks, and communicate decisions and action items in concise meeting notes.
Would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency ecosystems;
- Experience with blockchain enterprise product design teams;
- Experience with motion design and content animations;
- Familiar with AI tools for content generation;
English B2 - C1.
Job Responsibilities
- Delivering high quality product designs for web, extension, and mobile applications, like Wallets, Decentralized Exchanges and Lending Protocols.
- Observing users behaviors and validating product prototypes.
- Delivering Wireframes and User Flows.
Work very collaboratively and cross-functionally with Product Owner and engineering teams to turn complex problems into intuitive, helpful solutions.
