As a member of our Internal Automation Service, you’ll play a pivotal role in analyzing, developing, and integrating bespoke automation solutions tailored to the specific needs of different departments within MacPaw.

In this role, you will:

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain complex automation workflows. This includes integrating various APIs and writing custom scripts to handle data and logic       
• Analyze the business needs and ideas of internal teams; validate technical feasibility; and propose optimal architectures and tools (AI models, APIs, n8n logic, etc.) with clear justification of pros and cons
• Actively research, test, and demonstrate new AI tools. Conduct workshops and consulting sessions for internal teams to help them adopt AI and automation into their daily work       
• Independently manage small-scale automation projects end-to-end — from requirements gathering and planning to stakeholder communication, documentation, and successful delivery in an environment without a dedicated project manager      
• Monitor existing automations, promptly fixing failures and errors. Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, stability, and performance improvements in current processes

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Basic understanding of how LLMs work, prompt engineering, model context protocol (MCP)
• AI agent concepts: knowledge of agent architecture, including components like planners/reasoners, tools/actuators, memory, and critics/verifiers
• n8n: hands-on experience building complex workflows in n8n. This includes understanding its visual, node-based editor, triggers, and execution logic (branching, looping, etc.)
• API integration: connecting and integrating various APIs within n8n automations or other solutions
• Data transformation: the ability to manipulate and transform data as it flows through a workflow. This involves working with JSON and other data formats to ensure data is in the correct structure for each node.
• Secure data handling practices
• Scripting/coding (e.g. Typescript)
• At least an intermediate level of English and fluent Ukrainian

As a plus:

• Experience of building dashboards (looker studio or similar)
• Python

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead this journey — discovering user needs, shaping new feature opportunities, and driving initiatives that enhance the product experience and strengthen CleanMyMac’s long-term impact.
 

In this role, you will:

• Drive the discovery of new use cases, audience segments, and value propositions for CleanMyMac in a changing market.
• Conduct market, competitor, and user research (desk research, surveys, interviews) to uncover opportunities and unmet needs.
• Formulate, prioritize, and validate product hypotheses — from ideation to execution.
• Explore AI opportunities to create new and enhance existing features and use cases.
• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, analysts, copywriters, and marketers to deliver and iterate on product features.
• Oversee feature launches, collect and analyze feedback, and evaluate performance through metrics like engagement and retention.
• Continue the development of existing initiatives, while shaping the product’s next generation of functionality.
   

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C desktop applications (macOS experience is a big plus).
• Proven experience owning the end-to-end product lifecycle: from research and hypothesis generation to delivery and impact measurement.
• Experience working with AI or LLM-based products or integrating AI into existing solutions.
• Deep understanding of user experience, interface design, and product analytics.
• Strong knowledge of prioritization frameworks, research methods, and metrics like retention and engagement.
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
   

As a plus:

• Familiarity with macOS or iOS ecosystems, including sandboxing and distribution models.
• A strong personal interest in helping shape AI-first consumer experiences.

As the first point of contact of our technical support operations, you’ll play a critical role in helping Macpawians stay connected, productive, and supported. In this role, you will:

• Support IT onboarding and offboarding of Macpawians: create user accounts, provide needed system access, order and prepare computers and other needed devices, install and modify software, add colleagues to the security database to access the office, delete and close all accesses after the end of cooperation, etc.
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware, talking clients through basic problem-solving processes
• Diagnose issues with computer software, peripherals, and other office hardware/software, installing and upgrading hardware and software systems to prevent outdated cases and maintain the daily performance of computer systems
• Provide basic computer hardware and software training to employees, write training manuals and policies, supplement the knowledge base
• Coordinate purchases of new hardware and software by selecting vendors and approving conditions, requesting payments, and controlling logistics and supply
• Handle device inventory

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Good troubleshooting skills, logical thinking
• Good communication skills
• Good technical writing and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Networking and OS (Linux/Windows)
• Profound experience with Google Sheets / Excel
• Basic knowledge of security principles and understanding of their importance
• At least an Intermediate level of English & fluent Ukrainian
