MacPaw

At MacPaw, we craft software that makes everyday tech life simpler, cleaner, and more enjoyable. From globally loved products like CleanMyMac and Setapp to emerging cybersecurity tools like ClearVPN and Moonlock, we are building a product ecosystem that reaches millions of people worldwide.

We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Engineering Department and help build and evolve MacPaw’s internal delivery platform.

The team builds shared capabilities across the delivery lifecycle — from CI/CD, observability, and monitoring to delivery automation and AI-powered engineering tooling — helping engineers move from code to production faster and more reliably. By adopting a platform-as-a-product mindset, we enable engineers to independently plan, build, test, deploy, recover, and monitor their services.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll help improve the reliability and observability of staging environments, resolve infrastructure bottlenecks, evolve delivery capabilities, and contribute to internal tools such as AI code review and automated quality gates. You’ll work hands-on with code, building and maintaining production-grade internal tooling rather than focusing only on scripts.

If you’re excited about building reliable engineering systems and improving developer experience at scale, we’d love to hear from you!

In this role, you will:

• Own and improve staging observability by reducing alert noise, closing monitoring gaps, and building a reliable early-warning system for production-like issues.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks affecting service stability, such as message queue backpressure and resource limits.
• Establish cost and performance monitoring for AI-driven workloads running in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., AI agents, automated code reviews).
• Audit, harden, and maintain CI/CD pipeline configurations to ensure seamless, secure, and predictable software delivery.
• Partner with engineering teams to extend reliability tooling, deployment checks, and feature-flag mechanisms to additional services.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 2+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or System Engineering roles.
• Strong programming experience in Go (Golang) or a background as a developer transitioning into operations, comfortable writing production-grade internal tooling, microservices, and libraries (not just basic scripts).
• Solid experience maintaining and supporting internal software delivery tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in operating and maintaining existing infrastructure and mission-critical services through regular maintenance and monitoring.
• Strong engineering mindset with the ability to analyze complex issues, document system workflows, and consult developers on infrastructure best practices.
• Practical, hands-on use of AI tools in your own daily work

• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English and fluent Ukrainian.

As a plus:

• Platform / Internal-Product mindset (X-as-a-Service, contracts, SLAs, docs/runbooks).
• Hands-on experience with Python or another secondary language for automation.
• Deep observability background (SLOs/Error budgets, distributed tracing, SRE-style alerting).

• Familiarity with DORA metrics (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes, CFR, MTTR) or progressive delivery/feature-flag ecosystems.

We're looking for a Growth Manager to join the team behind Eney, a brand-new AI product just beginning its journey to market.

Eney is designed to change how Mac users interact with their devices. It helps them stay organized, automate routine tasks, and focus on what matters most — and it's currently moving from preview into general availability.

As a Growth Manager, you'll own the conversion and activation layer of the funnel — from the moment a user lands on our page to the moment they become an engaged user of the product. You'll design and run experiments, identify friction points in onboarding and monetization flows, and partner closely with Product, Analytics, and Marketing to move the metrics that matter. The work you do here will directly shape how people discover, try, and stick with Eney.

If you're energized by the idea of working on something new, moving fast, and seeing your decisions reflected directly in the numbers — we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct a full-funnel audit of Eney's onboarding, monetization, retention and acquisition flows to identify leakage points and tracking gaps in partnership with Analytics
• Design, instrument, and run A/B tests focused on onboarding optimization and pricing/packaging variations — establishing baseline conversion metrics and clear test readouts
• Own landing page conversion rate: analyze session recordings, identify friction, propose and ship improvements
• Propose and launch structured monetization tests — bundle offerings, localized pricing variants, win-back campaigns — and measure lift on ARPU
• Partner with Marketing and Product to deploy automated onboarding sequences and churn intercept triggers based on user behavioral segmentation
• Contribute to revenue forecasting — tracking growth levers, modeling the impact of experiments, and aligning on targets with the team
• Bring a hypothesis-driven mindset to every test: write clear specs, define success criteria, and present readouts — including what didn't work and what you learned

Skills you'll need to bring:

• 3–6 years in growth, product, or marketing analytics roles — with hands-on ownership of conversion or activation outcomes
• Experience in B2C SaaS, e-commerce, or AI/productivity products
• Proven experience running A/B tests end-to-end: from hypothesis to instrumentation to readout; familiarity with tools like Growthbook, Optimizely, Adobe Target, or Split.io
• Comfortable with product analytics, funnels, cohorts, and basic statistical concepts — you can write a clear experiment spec and sanity-check your own data
• Experience with pricing and purchase flow optimization — understanding what drives conversion and how to test your way to the right price
• Strong collaboration skills across product, analytics, and marketing; comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones
• Upper-Intermediate English

As a plus:

• Exposure to subscription or freemium monetization models
