In this role, you will:

• Organize and supervise the data annotation process, ensuring its accuracy and quality
• Build and lead the data annotation team, coordinate team tasks and workflows, and foster the team development
• Implement quality control processes, analyze errors, and improve standards

• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations throughout the data annotation process

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Proven experience leading a data annotation team
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (data annotation needs, task types, neural network training)
• Good knowledge of data labeling processes and familiarity with relevant tools, platforms, and best practices in the data annotation field
• Basic understanding of data collection processes (web scraping, dataset management)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to convey technical aspects to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong ability to manage uncertainty and bring clarity to unstructured situations — handle incoming requests without predefined processes, structure the chaos, and progressively build clear, actionable workflows for the team
• Experience with quality assurance processes for large datasets

In this role, you will:

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROI, CTR, CR, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including a product manager, copywriter, marketing designers, and analysts, to deliver high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
• Effectively manage and optimize large media budgets across Tier 1 GEOs and other markets
• Provide regular performance reports, identify trends, and share optimization insights

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 4+ years of experience in user acquisition/performance marketing with a focus on subscription-based mobile applications, Tier 1 markets
• Successful track record of launching and managing Мета Ads campaigns for a new-to-market product in a metrics-driven environment
• Proven track record of effectively optimizing performance metrics (CPI, CPA, CAC, ROMI, etc.) to meet business objectives
• Strong understanding of user funnel, marketing and product metrics (e.g. CAC, LTV, retention metrics, cohort analysis)
• Experience with conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis
• Strong analytical skills (ability to find cause-and-effect relationships, prioritization) and experience conducting A/B tests
• Hands-on experience with advanced marketing analytics tools (e.g. AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
• Proven track record of effectively managing big marketing budgets
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies to attract new users
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Results-oriented mindset with high level of autonomy and responsibility
• Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously look for growth opportunities
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency (written and spoken)

As a plus:

• Experience launching products from scratch and driving their growth in Meta ads
• Experience working with TikTok Ads, Google Ads and other advertising networks to scale user acquisition
• Experience working with LATAM region
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles
