We’re looking for a Senior Tax and Reporting Specialist to take ownership of key international tax and reporting areas within our Finance team. In this role, you’ll help shape our global tax framework, manage cross-border complexities, and turn structured financial data into clear insights that support decision-making at scale.

In this role, you will:

• Shape and evolve MacPaw’s Global Tax Policy, ensuring smart worldwide tax position while maintaining rigorous compliance.
• Proactively identify tax risks across complex transactions, operational changes, and cross-border activities, and turn them into well-managed, structured solutions.
• Partner with external tax advisors and auditors across the Group to align on key tax matters and drive high-quality, timely outcomes.
• Oversee Transfer Pricing documentation and ensure accuracy and alignment with global standards.
• Prepare and review Controlled Foreign Company (CFC) reports and other international tax documentation for Group entities.
• Contribute to financial statements and audits by preparing accurate tax disclosures and reviewing Group financial reports from a tax perspective.
• Build and maintain clear, insightful dashboards that translate complex tax and financial data into visual stories that support decision-making.
• Deliver ad hoc analytical reports by connecting data across multiple sources and uncovering meaningful insights.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 4+ years of experience in Taxation and International Accounting, preferably within a product IT company.
• Strong knowledge of international taxation with hands-on experience across multiple jurisdictions (US, UA, CY, UK).
• Solid understanding of IFRS and US GAAP reporting requirements.
• Proven experience working with large volumes of financial data and the ability to see patterns, risks, and opportunities within complexity.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, with confidence in building structured models and reports.
• High level of independence and ownership.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively multitask across parallel priorities.
• Advanced (С1) English and strong communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
• A Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.

As a plus:

• ACCA, CPA, or relevant tax certifications (completed or in progress).
• Experience working in Big4 or other leading advisory firms.
• Hands-on experience with Transfer Pricing documentation, Group Tax policies, and CFC reporting.
• Experience reviewing prior periods and managing open tax years in cooperation with external consultants.

Eney is a Computerbeing (or AI assistant) designed to change how Mac users interact with their devices. It helps them stay organized, automate routine tasks, and focus on what matters most.
 

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of Eney’s market launch and growth, shaping how the product reaches and resonates with early users. You’ll define and test positioning, messaging, and value propositions for key target audiences, develop go-to-market strategies, and coordinate creative and performance marketing efforts to drive adoption.

In this role, you will:

• Implement and adapt the product marketing plan to enable the product to launch fully on the market, translating the product vision into actionable marketing initiatives
• Identify early target audiences, uncover their key pain points, and define, test, and iterate value propositions, positioning, and messaging to ensure it resonates and aligns with customers and the product vision
• Plan and execute early product releases, campaigns, and creative assets across channels, balancing performance marketing with brand consistency
• Set up early-stage funnels, tracking, and KPIs to monitor acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention, and optimize based on data
• Collaborate with Product and Revenue teams to support monetization experiments, testing flows, and revenue-driving initiatives even before full-scale sales
• Build, hire, and lead a high-performing marketing team from scratch, including onboarding, mentoring, and establishing operational workflows
• Take ownership of budget planning, allocation, and operational management to ensure resources are aligned with priorities and goals
• Drive experimentation and iteration across positioning, channels performance, creatives, and funnels, adapting quickly to changes and emerging insights
• Maintain a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and accountability, making informed decisions and leading initiatives hands-on in a fast-moving, early-stage product environment

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing within B2C SaaS products in Tier-1 markets
• Proven experience in growth and optimization of performance metrics such as CAC, CPA, LTV, ROMI, and traffic
• Ability to build and execute clear go-to-market strategies, including value proposition development, product positioning, and differentiation in competitive landscapes
• Hands-on experience launching new digital products or features from zero to scalable growth
• Deep understanding of AI-driven products, including fundamentals of machine learning, LLMs, APIs, and data models
• Deep understanding of user funnel dynamics and practical experience optimizing acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
• Analytical thinking and data fluency, including experience running experiments, A/B tests, and cohort analysis to drive informed decisions
• Experience in planning and managing marketing budgets
• Solid knowledge of performance channels growth and ability to design an effective, balanced channel mix
• Experience conducting customer research and market analysis to uncover insights that shape product and marketing strategy
• High level of autonomy, responsibility, and focus on delivering measurable outcomes
• Curiosity about industry trends and a proactive mindset in identifying new growth opportunities
• At least an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English

• Experience working on AI-native digital products
