We're looking for a Growth Manager to join the team behind Eney, a brand-new AI product just beginning its journey to market.

Eney is designed to change how Mac users interact with their devices. It helps them stay organized, automate routine tasks, and focus on what matters most — and it's currently moving from preview into general availability.

As a Growth Manager, you'll own the conversion and activation layer of the funnel — from the moment a user lands on our page to the moment they become an engaged user of the product. You'll design and run experiments, identify friction points in onboarding and monetization flows, and partner closely with Product, Analytics, and Marketing to move the metrics that matter. The work you do here will directly shape how people discover, try, and stick with Eney.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct a full-funnel audit of Eney's onboarding, monetization, retention and acquisition flows to identify leakage points and tracking gaps in partnership with Analytics
• Design, instrument, and run A/B tests focused on onboarding optimization and pricing/packaging variations — establishing baseline conversion metrics and clear test readouts
• Own landing page conversion rate: analyze session recordings, identify friction, propose and ship improvements
• Propose and launch structured monetization tests — bundle offerings, localized pricing variants, win-back campaigns — and measure lift on ARPU
• Partner with Marketing and Product to deploy automated onboarding sequences and churn intercept triggers based on user behavioral segmentation
• Contribute to revenue forecasting — tracking growth levers, modeling the impact of experiments, and aligning on targets with the team
• Bring a hypothesis-driven mindset to every test: write clear specs, define success criteria, and present readouts — including what didn't work and what you learned

Skills you'll need to bring:

• 3–6 years in growth, product, or marketing analytics roles — with hands-on ownership of conversion or activation outcomes
• Experience in B2C SaaS, e-commerce, or AI/productivity products
• Proven experience running A/B tests end-to-end: from hypothesis to instrumentation to readout; familiarity with tools like Growthbook, Optimizely, Adobe Target, or Split.io
• Comfortable with product analytics, funnels, cohorts, and basic statistical concepts — you can write a clear experiment spec and sanity-check your own data
• Experience with pricing and purchase flow optimization — understanding what drives conversion and how to test your way to the right price
• Strong collaboration skills across product, analytics, and marketing; comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones
• Upper-Intermediate English

As a plus:

• Exposure to subscription or freemium monetization models
• Familiarity with AI tools for automating growth workflows

We’re looking for an AI Research Scientist to join our AI&Research Unit, a team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of fundamental artificial intelligence and bridging the gap between academic advancements and real-world technology.

Our fundamental research stream focuses on on-device LLM efficiency, deep architectural explorations, and localized machine learning solutions for the macOS ecosystem. It helps uncover high-level utility and solve complex technical challenges directly on user hardware, establishing our technology as a generalized leader in the global market.

As an AI Research Scientist, you will take deep ownership of our fundamental research initiatives. You’ll define, test, and coordinate advanced optimization workflows and structural model modifications while driving strategic collaborations with global scientific entities.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare fundamental research proposals within our specialized LLM efficiency and optimization streams.

• Take part in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and weekly paper clubs to consistently improve domain expertise.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Deep experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or a similar machine learning domain, gained through solid academic work, industry experience, or both.
• Strong theoretical and practical understanding of recent LLM optimization techniques (ex. quantization, KV-cache compression, speculative decoding, and distillation).
• Direct hands-on experience with parameter-efficient fine-tuning (including LoRA and other adapters) and mixture-of-experts (MoE) architectures.
• Advanced prototyping skills and a proven ability to implement complex algorithms and architectures directly from academic papers.
• Fluent programming capabilities in Python and modern frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
• Robust fundamental knowledge of linear algebra, probability theory, and mathematical statistics.
• Upper-intermediate level of English or higher for active scientific writing, international lab collaboration, and conference presentations.

As a plus:

• A track record of publishing original research at international research conferences in AI/ML/SE/HCI domains.
• Practical experience in performance engineering, including code profiling and low-level optimization (GPU, Metal, C++...).
• Hands-on experience training, running, or deploying localized LLM models on device frameworks like MLX.

As a Senior Risk Manager, you will help take MacPaw’s risk management practices to the next level. You’ll work across business, product, and service teams to identify and manage risks, turn them into actionable mitigation plans, strengthen business continuity, and contribute to the development of our AI Governance practices.

• Support information security and company-wide audits, including SOC2 and ISO-related activities within your area of expertise.
• Prepare risk insights and reporting for internal governance forums, including the Risk Committee.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Solid experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), GRC, or risk management, ideally within a technology, SaaS, product, or high-growth company.
• Demonstrable experience building or maturing ERM frameworks and risk registers – not only maintaining established processes.
• Hands-on experience developing risk mitigation plans and working with stakeholders to translate identified risks into concrete actions. 
• Hands-on experience with Business Continuity Planning (BCP), operational resilience, and crisis management.
• Practical experience or strong working knowledge of EU technology regulation and AI Governance, such as the EU AI Act, GDPR, CRA, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with GRC tools, workflow automation, dashboards, and data-driven risk reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with teams at different levels of risk-management maturity.
• A business-enabler mindset and the ability to balance risk considerations with business needs and strategic priorities.
• Strong written and spoken English (B2+), with confidence communicating with international stakeholders.

As a plus:

• Experience working in an international environment with exposure to European, UK, and/or US regulatory or corporate governance practices.
• Experience preparing risk reporting for senior leadership or an independent Board of Directors.
• Professional certifications in risk management, business continuity, information security, or compliance.

CleanMyMac is an all-in-one macOS utility designed to clean, optimize, and protect Mac computers. It helps users maintain peak performance, secure their privacy, and easily keep their Mac running smoothly.

As a Senior User Acquisition Manager, you will take ownership of driving new paid user growth and managing performance marketing budgets at scale. You’ll define, test, and coordinate multi-channel media strategies, lead creative testing frameworks, and independently validate new paid acquisition channels from hypothesis to go/no-go verdicts.

In this role, you will:

• Take full end-to-end ownership of driving new paid user growth at efficient CAC and target payback metrics.
• Build quarterly media-mix plans and allocate monthly budgets across digital acquisition platforms.
• Own the hands-on management and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads (PMax, Demand Gen, Search) and Meta Ads, leveraging automated and value-based bidding.
• Formulate hypotheses, design testing protocols, define success criteria, and deliver go/no-go decisions for new paid acquisition channels.
• Lead the creative strategy by running structured testing frameworks and briefing in-house copywriters and designers for high-velocity ad creative production.
• Design holdout and incrementality tests to evaluate true channel performance beyond standard attribution.
• Maintain data-tracking integrity, setting up advanced conversion signals (enhanced conversions, CAPI, Customer Match).

• Apply AI tools and automated workflows to streamline competitor monitoring, search query insights, and ad optimization.

   

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 5+ years of experience in paid acquisition/performance marketing, with 3+ years specifically in a B2C subscription or SaaS environment.
• Strong track record of driving paid customer acquisition for B2C desktop products, with a solid understanding of desktop-specific acquisition funnels and strict CAC/payback targets.
• Fluency in unit economics: CAC, LTV:CAC, payback periods, break-even ROAS, and contribution margin.
• Deep hands-on experience managing Google Ads (PMax, Demand Gen, Search) and Meta Ads.
• Expertise in media planning, forecasting, and dynamic budget reallocation based on real-time campaign performance.
• Proven ability to run structured creative testing and collaborate effectively with creative production teams.
• Proficiency in advanced measurement, including incrementality/holdout testing.
  Technical comfort with clean data tracking, signal setup, and conversion APIs.
• High level of autonomy and a self-driven, analytical mindset.
• Practical experience applying AI tools and automations in daily performance marketing workflows.

• Strong written and spoken English (B2+)

   

As a plus:

• Experience launching and validating new paid channels from scratch (test design, budget allocation, go/no-go decisions).
• Hands-on experience with DSP platforms and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
• Experience testing emerging ad formats (e.g., ChatGPT Ads).
• Experience optimizing B2C web-to-desktop-app acquisition funnels.
