As we continue to scale, we are looking for a 🔥RnD Specialist. This role goes far beyond simply ordering products — you’ll be a key player in identifying market trends, generating new product ideas, developing concepts, and working closely with suppliers to turn ideas into successful, high-quality products.

🔹 Responsibilities:

☑️ Management of R&D projects from idea to first sales.

☑️ Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify high-potential product opportunities.

☑️ Source, assess, and negotiate with suppliers to find the best quality/price/lead time balance.

☑️ Organize sample testing to ensure products meet expectations.

☑️ Managing inventory and ensuring product availability in stock.

☑️ Launch of a new products from A to Z (from idea to result) to the market.

🔹 Requirements:

• 3+ Proven experience in product research, sourcing, or procurement.
• E-commerce experience required (especially Amazon,Walmart, eBay, TikTok shop).
• Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and product lifecycle.
• Experience in identifying and launching new product ideas from concept to production.
• Deep knowledge of supplier sourcing and evaluation.
• Excellent negotiation skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency working with Excel, Google Workspace.
• English at B2 level or higher (both written and verbal).

Who are we looking for?

Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for an experienced Budgeting & Reporting Manager, who is ready to perform financial tasks with high quality and make a significant contribution to the financial well-being of our company. 🔥

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to optimize costs and increase profitability.
• Prepare and maintain management reporting for company leadership.
• Ensure accuracy and transparency of financial information across various projects.
• Monitor key financial indicators and prepare regular reports.
• Develop and control budgets, including plan-vs-actual variance analysis.
• Optimize accounting and reporting processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize financial risks.
• Work with European VAT and international financial processes.
• Support and oversee work in QuickBooks (approx. 200 transactions per month, 40 suppliers, Amazon settlements via A2X).
• Ensure accurate reporting with tax services (TaxDoo, Taxually).

Requirements:

• Higher education in finance, accounting, or economics.
• At least 3+years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Proven experience with P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow management.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (mandatory).
• Excellent knowledge of European VAT and global financial processes (mandatory).
• English level: Intermediate or higher.
