We are currently looking for a Tech Lead who will coordinate the team’s work on several products and ensure the creation of clear and understandable technical documentation.

🎯 Your Role

Provide technical leadership for the team: from architectural decisions (AWS/Azure, React, Node.js/NestJS) to delivery quality, ensuring the timely release of an MVP that meets non-functional requirements (security, scalability, reliability).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordination of the project’s technical direction and participation in strategic architecture planning;
• Defining the product’s technical roadmap and synchronizing key technical decisions – from ADRs to encryption standards and handling of PII;
• Architectural art direction: AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, API layers (GraphQL/REST), and selecting optimal data-related services;
• Development and ongoing maintenance of system components;
• Mentorship of backend and frontend teams, participation in code reviews and engineering rituals: design sessions, tech retros;
• Responsibility for engineering KPIs (Lead Time, CFR, uptime) and their monitoring through relevant tools;
• Coordination of platform integrations with external systems;
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.

🎯 Key Requirements

Hard Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in building cloud SaaS, including 2+ years in a Tech Lead role;
• Practical experience with Azure or AWS and Kubernetes GitOps;
• Strong proficiency in Node.js/NestJS, React/TypeScript at a level that allows for code pairing;
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices: IaC (Terraform/Bicep), CI/CD (GitHub Actions), SAST/DAST, Secrets management;
• Experience managing small teams, conducting performance reviews, and creating growth plans;
• Familiarity with modern technologies and practical experience using AI tools;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and readiness to apply flexible practices in team management and product development;
• Fluent in English at B2+ (Upper Intermediate) level or above.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to delegate and explain complex technical concepts in simple terms;
• Analytical thinking and ability to work in a multitasking environment;
• Proactivity and accountability for results.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience launching B2B products;
• Understanding of SEO principles, SSR, and performance optimization;
• Certifications;
• Experience with event-driven architectures and analytical pipelines.

• Full-time employment;
• Work hours are 10:00 – 19:00, Monday to Friday;
