Someone who gets how design connects to business and can help us level up how we show up across channels.
At Luxinten, we help SMBs grow through custom eCommerce solutions built on Magento and Shopware. Now, we’re looking for a part-time Graphic & Motion Designer to help bring our content to life — through striking visuals and motion graphics that stop the scroll.
You’ll be working closely with the CMO and the marketing team to shape our brand identity, support campaigns, and keep our visual content fresh, relevant, and consistent. This is a part-time role to start, with a chance to scale into full-time if we click.
What you’ll do
- Refresh and evolve our brand identity (logo, typography, color palette)
- Create static and motion graphics for social media, websites, email, and more
- Design brochures, pitch decks, and sales collateral that actually get read
- Work alongside the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas
- Keep our visual assets aligned and consistent across all channels
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design (B2B background is a plus)
- Strong portfolio that shows attention to detail and an eye for modern design
- Confidence in Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop) and Figma
- You’re comfortable working independently and owning your tasks
- English: Intermediate+
Why work with us
- You’ll own your craft — Creative freedom is part of the deal
- Clarity > Chaos — You’ll get a clear backlog and know what’s expected
- You won’t be a solo act — You’ll collaborate with the CMO and marketers
- We invest in growth — Learning budgets, feedback loops, and personal development are built-in
Our hiring process
- Intro call with our Head of HR
- Tech interview
- Short test task
- Offer

We’re looking for a mid-level marketing specialist who knows how real conversations start on LinkedIn — and how to turn them into business opportunities.
At Luxinten, we help SMBs grow through custom eCommerce solutions built on Magento and Shopware. Now, we’re looking for someone to help us grow — by owning our founder-led marketing on LinkedIn.
You’ll write on behalf of our CEO and other C-level leaders, spark meaningful conversations, and stay engaged with the people we actually want to work with. This role blends content creation, social selling, and relationship-building.
If you’re a thoughtful writer who understands how B2B decisions are made — and you enjoy connecting with people in a way that feels real — we’d like to meet you.
What you’ll do
- Write and publish LinkedIn content on behalf of our co-founders, CEO, and C-level team — focusing on topics like eCommerce, AI, and tech for SMBs
- Start and maintain business-relevant conversations via comments, DMs, and post engagement
- Follow industry discussions and trends — and join in when it makes sense
- Collaborate with a designer to create carousels and other visual content
- Manage our corporate social accounts (LinkedIn, X)
- Track what’s working (and what’s not) — adjust based on engagement and feedback
- Build topic-based micro-communities and drive relevant discussions
- Develop and improve KPIs together with the team
- Connect your efforts to real business outcomes — leads, conversations, pipeline
- Explore new platforms and channels that could bring results
What we’re looking for
- 1+ year of experience in B2B content or LinkedIn marketing
- Solid writing skills — clear, human, relevant
- You’ve managed LinkedIn profiles for execs or founders — and turned reach into real opportunities
- English level: B2+ (strong writing and communication are must-haves)
- You know how to comment, connect, and message without sounding robotic
- Basic understanding of account-based outreach strategies
- Relevant cases or examples of your work you’re ready to share
- You’re curious, follow trends, and have opinions worth sharing
Nice to have
- Experience running paid campaigns on LinkedIn or Meta
- Background in or collaboration with eCommerce development companies (Magento, Shopify, Shopware, etc.)
Why work with us
- We focus on impact — You won’t be chasing impressions. You’ll be creating things that open doors.
- You’ll have room to test — We’re not afraid of trying new things if they make sense
- No mystery metrics — You’ll always know what we’re working toward and why
- You won’t be alone — You’ll collaborate with the CMO, designers, sales team and tech leaders
- We care about growth — Learning budgets, feedback loops, and space to grow are part of the deal
Our hiring process
- Intro call with our Head of HR
- Interview with CMO
- Short test task
- Offer
