We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer (Landing Pages Focus) to help us craft high-converting, visually striking landing pages.
 

If you don’t just reuse templates, but truly design tailored experiences for each project, this role is for you.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing modern landing pages.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, especially as applied to landing pages.
• Ability to design for responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Good knowledge of web standards, including typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality on-brand visual content for social and web projects
• Collaborate with creative team members to brainstorm and develop concepts
• Create mood boards, style guides, and mockups to present ideas
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices
   

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a design role, preferably in an agency or content-driven environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and professional design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva
• Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and digital design principles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A proactive, collaborative attitude and a passion for creativity

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere, others)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design principles
• Photography or illustration skills

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Lead Generation Specialist to help strengthen our presence on platforms like Upwork. 

If you’re not just sending templates, but actually crafting unique proposals for each client, this role is for you.

🚀 What you’ll be doing:
- Creating custom Upwork bids tailored to each client and project.
- Working with B2B platforms such as Clutch, Crunchbase, and Kickstarter.
- Running email outreach.

- Filling out and optimizing company profiles on platforms like Upwork, Clutch, and others.
- Using AI tools to boost productivity (smartly and in moderation).
- Continuously searching for new ways to find and attract leads.

✅ Our ideal candidate:
- Has experience with Upwork and Mail knows how to write meaningful and targeted proposals.
- Understands that leadgen is about analytics, tests and development, not copypaste.
- Written English at a high level (oral is not required, but a plus).
- Understands AI tools and knows how to use them to your advantage.

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Full-Stack Developer (MERN) to join our team. 

Requirements:

• At least 3-6 months of hands-on industry experience.
• Proven experience in full-stack development, building scalable end-to-end applications.
• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and solid proficiency in React.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB; 
• Understanding of backend API development, including both monolithic and microservice architectures.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and implementing basic authentication methods.
• Ability to demonstrate previous projects through live websites and public repositories (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
• Intermediate or higher level of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
