What we’re looking for

• 1+ year of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
• Solid understanding of Agile software development principles
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering and documentation
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and system requirements
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and facilitating requirement elicitation sessions
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BPMN / UML and process modeling techniques
• Ability to create wireframes or mockups to support project specifications
• Basic knowledge of project and product management concepts
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana
• Technical background (QA, development, or data-related field)
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our team and lead full-cycle software projects — from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee end-to-end project lifecycles (from discovery to delivery)
• Manage priorities, timelines, and resources
• Estimate projects for new clients and define realistic roadmaps
• Communicate with customers and manage expectations clearly and transparently
• Handle risks, dependencies, and change management
• Analyze, clarify, and document requirements
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Designers) using Agile methodologies — Scrum/Kanban

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Project Manager in software development 
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and track project activities across multiple teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills — you’ll be the bridge between clients, developers, and business stakeholders
• Solid understanding of how software products are built and delivered
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban)
• Proficiency with JIRA / Trello / Notion
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills
• English — B2+
• Business-oriented mindset and focus on delivering value

• Technical background or previous experience in development
• Account Management experience

About the Projects

• Project 1 – Transportation Platform: A large-scale logistics and transportation system. The team of 10 is looking for one Frontend Developer (with backend experience) and one dedicated Backend Developer.
• Project 2 – Invoicing & Expense Management System: A robust web platform for managing invoices, expenses, and payments. This 7-person team is actively seeking one Frontend Developer with solid backend expertise.
• Project 3 – Dating Application: A cross-platform app focused on social interaction and matching algorithms, where we need one Backend Developer.
• Project 4 – Activity Tracking App: A lifestyle application for tracking user activities and analytics, also seeking one Backend Developer.

Requirements (Tech Stack & Skills)

• Strong foundation in JavaScript—you can explain core concepts of functional programming.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Practical backend experience using Node.js with frameworks such as Fastify or NestJS (we rarely use Express).
• Thorough understanding of modern development practices, including clean code, CI/CD pipelines, and rigorous code reviews.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Git, ClickUp).
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (for seamless international team communication).
