About the Role:

This is a full-time remote opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will:

• Identify, prospect, and convert new clients across B2C, B2B, and SaaS markets.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients.

• Analyze sales data and stay informed of industry trends to ensure Lovat remains competitive.

   

Working Hours: The work schedule is from 10:00 to 19:00 EEST(Kiev time).

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for learning and a willingness to grow.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in sales or a related field (a plus, not mandatory).
• Fluency in Italian, French, or German (a valuable asset).

Monthly Base Salary:

• First 3-Month: 750 EUR gross

• After 3rd Month: 750 EUR  + 100-150 EUR (dependent on results increase is discussed)

About Us

We’re a young startup, Lovat Compliance — a global tax & compliance technology provider specialising in EPR, VAT, sales tax and cross‑border compliance for e‑commerce businesses. We’re not yet a giant corporation, and much of what we will build is still ahead of us. We need someone who understands that things aren’t perfect yet, is comfortable being the one who owns the space, and who can help us build things from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Establish and maintain our data‑security and information‑security programme from scratch: policies, standards, procedures tailored to our platform and services.
• Perform regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans and data‑protection audits; identify gaps and lead remediation.
• Be the owner of incident response: detection, containment, investigation and reporting of security events.
• Collaborate closely with IT development and compliance teams so that data‑protection is embedded into product development and operations.
• Manage data‑handling and access controls across the organisation — ensuring our client and platform data are processed securely.
• Run training and awareness programmes for staff on data‑security, privacy regulation (e.g., GDPR) and secure behaviours.

• Keep an eye on emerging threats, security trends and regulatory developments relevant to e‑commerce, EPR/VAT/sales‑tax platforms, and advise on what changes we need to make.

   

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a role related to data security, information security or risk management — ideally within SaaS, e‑commerce or cloud‑based platforms.
• Good knowledge of data‑protection laws (e.g., UK/EU GDPR), information‑security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and data‑security best practices.
• Proven experience with risk assessments, incident response and security audits.
• Excellent communication skills — able to explain security concepts to both technical and non‑technical people.

• We’re looking for someone grounded and realistic — who understands that perfection isn’t necessary, who can work independently to build things, and who’ll sleep well at night knowing things are secure even if the system isn’t «perfect».

   

Will be an advantage:

• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor or similar.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud (GCP) and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).

What You’ll Do

• Produce clear, engaging human-written content (website, blog, emails, product copy, social media).
• Adapt tone for different audiences (e-commerce sellers, accountants, tax professionals).
• Explain complex regulatory or tax-compliance topics in plain, friendly language.
• Uphold and develop our brand tone & messaging guidelines.

• Work closely with marketing and product teams to support campaigns and launches.

   

Who You Are

• You have excellent writing and editing skills in English, with a natural, conversational style
• You’ve shown you can write «real» human-written work (please share your writing samples).
• You’re comfortable in a startup environment: you can work autonomously, you’re proactive, and you’re ready to build things rather than follow rigid systems.
• You may be a young specialist — maybe your background is in literature, philology, linguistics, journalism or a similar field. The important thing is you have writing ability (or a strong hobby/interest in it) and you’re ready to learn.
• You should be able to craft punchy, compelling headlines that grab attention («hooks»).
• Bonus: you have experience in tech/SaaS/B2B/legal content, or you’re near-native English.
• You don’t necessarily need prior marketing experience — we’re open to someone who writes well and wants to grow into the role.

• We can even consider full-time if you’re the right fit.

   

Conditions

• Part-time, remote, approx. 4 hours/day.
• Budget: €400–€700/month, depending on experience and language level.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax and EPR Reporting Intern to join our dynamic team. The intern will assist with various tasks related to tax registration, compliance documentation, and client support. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of tax compliance and to learn from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and submitting Tax and EPR reporting for clients.
• Conduct research on tax regulations and compliance requirements in different jurisdictions.
• Support the Tax and EPR Reporting team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Communicate with clients for Tax and EPR Reporting purposes.
• Help in the preparation of compliance reports and presentations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements.

• Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and filing.

   

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of tax principles and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
