About the Role:

This is a full-time remote opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing support team. As a Support Manager, you will:

• Provide exceptional support to our clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for enhancing client experience and retention.

• Analyze client feedback and support data to inform improvements in our services and platform.

   

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for learning and a willingness to grow.
• Advanced or Upper Intermediate level of English and Russian language.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

   

Bonus points:

• Experience in customer support or a related field (a plus, not mandatory).

• Fluency in Italian, French, or German (a valuable asset).

Monthly Base Salary:

This is a full-time remote opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will:

• Identify, prospect, and convert new clients across B2C, B2B, and SaaS markets.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients.

• Analyze sales data and stay informed of industry trends to ensure Lovat remains competitive.

   

Working Hours: The work schedule is from 10:00 to 19:00 EEST(Kiev time).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using both class and functional components in React, utilizing Redux Toolkit, Shopify Polaris UI library, and SCSS.
• Collaborate closely with the backend team to integrate APIs and create intuitive, responsive user interfaces.
• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience across both iOS and Android platforms.
• Manage the deployment and publishing of applications to app stores.

• Collaborate with the team to turn business needs into functional applications, using creativity to find the best solutions, suggest improvements, and take initiative to enhance the project.
