Lovat Compliance is a global tax and compliance technology company specializing in EPR, VAT, sales tax and cross-border compliance.

We are a growing company, which means not everything is already built or perfectly documented. We're looking for someone who is comfortable learning, asking questions and gradually taking ownership of our IT infrastructure and data-security processes.

You do not need years of experience to join us. We are open to candidates with around 6 months of relevant experience, or even less, if you have a solid technical foundation, genuine interest in system administration and cybersecurity, and a strong willingness to learn.
 

What You’ll Do

• Manage user accounts, permissions, access and day-to-day IT administration.
• Help maintain and secure our systems and company data.
• Support vulnerability checks, security audits and risk assessments.
• Maintain IT and security documentation.
• Work with our development and compliance teams on security improvements.
• Help us prepare for an upcoming Amazon security audit — you’ll have support from the team.
• Gradually take on more responsibility for information security.

• Potentially get involved in software and security testing in the future.

   

What We’re Looking For

• 0.5–1 year of relevant experience — even less is fine if you're motivated to learn.
• Basic understanding of system administration, networks and cybersecurity.
• Responsible and comfortable working with sensitive information.
• English and Russian for communication within our international operations.
• AWS/GCP, Linux, GDPR, ISO 27001, scripting or testing knowledge is a plus.

What We Offer

🇺🇦 Remote: €900–€1,100/month, depending on experience.

🇱🇻 Office: €1,200–€1,400 gross/month, depending on experience.

Salary growth is possible as your skills and responsibilities increase. We offer hands-on training, real-world experience with security and compliance projects, and plenty of room to develop.

We don't expect you to know everything from day one — we're looking for someone who wants to learn.
