Our client is one of the leading companies in the field of accounting SaaS solutions. Client built own tech stack to have scalable column-oriented database cloud solution for the backend of their service which is running on AWS.
Client’s project is migration of the column-oriented database software cloud from Intel to ARM architecture. Current position is to join Virtualization team, where virtual layer is built from scratch for ARM hardware. The main skills required are C ANSI experience as well as driver and kernel development on Linux.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Build new features and maintain existing functionality of the client’s platform/product per specs and design;
• Participate in code reviews;
• Report to Team Lead or supervisor about feature readiness/quality and raise red flags in crisis situations;
• Participate in functional and architectural design of assigned features;
• Research and evaluate technical options to implement assigned features;
• Provide estimations of feature scope and split it into tasks;
• Work in close contact with team members or other relevant stakeholders;
• Follow established software development processes;

• Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product.

   

Education, skills and experience:

Must have:

• ANSI C programming experience;
• Linux kernel driver development;
• Multi-core/multi-threaded programming experience;
• Linux/POSIX;
• Sufficient English level for communication (verbal & written);
• Technical documentation writing skills;

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

   

Would be a plus:

• Experience of building/optimization software for ARM processors;
• Experience in parallel computation;
• Experience with Virtualization software, HyperVisor;
• Assembler;
• C++ programming experience.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead Functional Specification Development for advanced digital systems
• Design and implement Microarchitecture (uArch) for high-performance blocks
• Perform RTL Debugging, ensuring design correctness and efficiency
• Run and analyze Lint Checks and CDC (Clock Domain Crossing) Checks
• Collaborate with verification, physical design, and architecture teams
• (Bonus) Contribute to Front-End Synthesis and optimization
• (Nice to have) Experience working on SoC-level integration and design
• (Nice to have) Apply Power Optimization Techniques for energy-efficient designs

✅ What You Bring:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital design
• Strong knowledge of Verilog and/or VHDL
• Familiarity with SystemVerilog is a plus
• Experience with tools like Cadence Genus, Synopsys Design Compiler (DC), or Fusion Compiler is a plus
• Proven experience in RTL design, uArch development, and functional specs
• Deep understanding of linting tools, CDC methodologies, and debugging flows
• Familiarity with synthesis tools and SoC design is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree in EE, ECE, CE, CS, or a related field required
• MS or PhD highly desired
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

We’re on the lookout for ambitious, tenacious and passionate people who want to join the next generation of innovators and disrupt the hospitality industry with us. As the Implementation Associate/Specialist, you will follow the approved implementation processes to successfully deploy and install Property Management System to hotel properties across Europe. You will provide remote/onsite training, system configuration and troubleshooting and will perform these implementation projects after the handover from the Manager or Senior Associate.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the hotel management team about remote/onsite activities, schedules, and trainings
• Perform system issue resolution by collaborating with the support teams (internal and external) to rectify any support tickets
• Provide communication with other Implementation team members, including shift and task scheduling
• Sign off on projects, providing wrap up and handover as per the project plan and task list
• Maintain your own development and onboarding plans, working with the Senior Associates and management team to achieve full exposure to all implementation project types

• Attend all internal departmental and training calls, actively participating in information sharing through approved channels

   

Requirements:

• Superb communication skills (verbal and written)
• Independent work ethic and collaboration skills to work as part of a team
• Organization skills to ensure process improvement and implementation integrity

To fulfil this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Professional experience in Hospitality or related field Hotel experience using Property, Sales, or Revenue Systems daily is a PLUS

• French and Dutch speaker is a must!
