We are looking for a resourceful and execution-focused Mobile Growth Marketing Lead to take ownership of influencer partnerships, organic content at scale, and paid acquisition. This role is perfect for someone who moves fast, thinks in metrics, and uses AI tools daily to automate and optimize.

Responsibilities:

• Influencer collaborations - sourcing, negotiating, briefing, tracking results

• Organic social (UGC scaling) - TikTok, Instagram, X, Lemon8: multiple accounts, high posting volume, fast content iteration

• Paid campaigns launch and management - Meta, TikTok, X: audiences, creatives, budget management, web funnels

• App Store Search Ads and ASO

• AI-driven process automation for marketing - building workflows, not just using tools

Requirements:

• Proven experience growing a mobile app

• Hands-on with UGC at scale

• Paid campaigns experience with real budgets

• Experience with influencer deals end-to-end

• AI-native: uses AI to research, analyze, automate - not just draft text

• English: Intermediate+

• iPhone user
