We're an enthusiastic team of 10 building and pushing iOS apps in Health & Wellness. Five years on the market, 8M+ combined downloads, a 4.9 average App Store rating, an App Store App of the Year winner, and Apple Design Award finalist.

Our apps:

• Waterllama — our flagship, a llama-themed water tracker with more features than you knew you needed
• Foodllama — AI calorie tracker with adorable llama design
• Pinkllama — the cutest period tracker, featuring our signature llama character
• Mindllama — sleep, focus, and mindfulness, of course with a llama
• App #5 — launching soon, and you'll help take it to market.

We keep the team small and the bar high — everyone here is an A-player in their craft, and we work hard to keep it that way. That's what makes the output strong and the work actually fun.

Who we're looking for:

A professional who moves fast and thinks in experiments. We don't sit in approval cycles, we don't write strategy decks for the sake of decks, and we don't wait for the perfect plan - we test, measure, and iterate. We need someone who works the same way: forms hypotheses, ships them quickly, kills what doesn't work, and doubles down on what does.

What you'll own:

• Influencer partnerships — sourcing, negotiating, briefing, tracking results
• Organic UGC at scale — TikTok, Instagram, X, Lemon8 across multiple accounts, fast iteration
• ASO and Apple Search Ads — full ownership
• AI automation across the function — we already use AI in content production; you'll build workflows, not just use tools.

You'll work with our designer, marketing, and content specialist, and report directly to the Co-founder & COO.

You're a fit if you have:

• 3+ years of hands-on mobile app growth (paid + organic + influencer)
• Influencer deals end-to-end — sourcing, negotiating, measuring
• UGC at scale across multiple accounts with content that performed
• AI-native working style - you build automations, not just prompts
• Subscription monetization fluency (trials, paywalls, funnel logic)
• iPhone user.

Bonus: ASO and Apple Search Ads & launching apps from zero.

Available in chats during 13:00-22:00 Kyiv time. This overlaps US influencer/partner conversations and our internal founder team's hours.

Шукаємо Influencer Sourcing Specialist, який буде вручну знаходити та відбирати релевантних креаторів у TikTok та Instagram.

Ця роль повністю сфокусована на сорсингу: пошуку креаторів, перегляді їхніх профілів та формуванні якісних списків інфлюенсерів за чіткими критеріями.

ЩО ПОТРІБНО БУДЕ РОБИТИ:

• Знаходити інфлюенсерів у TikTok та Instagram за заданими критеріями
• Переглядати профілі креаторів і визначати, наскільки вони нам підходять за контентом, залученістю аудиторії, її розміром, активністю та загальною релевантністю
• Знаходити доступні контактні дані та акуратно вести всю інформацію в Google Sheets
• Виконувати регулярні плани по сорсингу, зберігаючи якість та уникаючи дублікатів

ЩО ВАЖЛИВО В ЦІЙ РОБОТІ:

• Сильні навички пошуку інформації, уважність до деталей та вміння працювати за чіткими критеріями
• Готовність переглядати велику кількість профілів, зберігаючи точність і послідовність
• Впевнене користування Google Sheets та робота зі структурованими даними
• Хороше розуміння того, як оцінити, чи підходить конкретний креатор під задані вимоги
• Відповідальність і комфорт у роботі з повторюваними, детальними дослідницькими задачами
• Знання англійської НЕ є обов’язковим

Ми також відкриті до кандидатів без прямого досвіду в influencer sourcing, якщо у вас є досвід у лідогенерації, prospect sourcing або схожих напрямках.

БУДЕ ПЛЮСОМ:

• Досвід в influencer marketing або talent management
• Хороше розуміння TikTok та Instagram і способів пошуку креаторів
• Досвід пошуку креаторів або лідів для ринку США

Для нас важливо, щоб людина могла стабільно знаходити сильних креаторів, а не просто збирати довгі списки. У цій ролі якість і точність найважливіші.
