LizzyAI, a Legal AI startup, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Manual QA Engineer to lead our quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hands-on testing, managing a small team of junior testers, and overseeing QA work plans to ensure high-quality product releases.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing across web and Office JS Add-ins (Word, Outlook).
• Lead and mentor a small team of junior QA testers (students).
• Develop, manage, and execute QA work plans and test strategies.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in manual software testing.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring QA teams.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
