About UsWe’re building a next-generation video creation platform. Our goal is to make professional video editing accessible, fast, and intuitive for everyone from individual creators to large teams.
We believe current video creation workflows are too fragmented, complicated and slow. Our vision is to bring everything into one seamless experience, where creators can move from idea to high-quality video much faster. By combining advanced AI capabilities with user-friendly design, we aim to redefine how videos are created at scale.
Job Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager with real-world experience in video editing tools and creative workflows. You’ll be part of the product development team, working closely with developers, designers, QA, and AI engineers to define and deliver features for our browser-based video creation platform. Your focus will be on building tools that are practical, intuitive, and aligned with the real needs of editors and content creators.
This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to structure and work with large sets of product and user data, and the capability to define complex features from scratch. You should feel comfortable communicating with U.S.-based customers, writing technical documentation, and maintaining clear, structured specs including PRDs, user flows, edge cases, and testing checklists.
A background as an advanced video editor is required, you should be confident working with editing timelines, layers, transitions, audio/video sync, voiceovers, rendering, and creative assets. Experience with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or browser-based editors is strongly preferred.
You should be consistent, structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage a feature from early research through delivery and iteration. This includes working cross-functionally to coordinate design, development, testing, and release. You should also be comfortable in a startup environment, handling multiple priorities, and balancing speed with quality.
Key Requirements
- Hand-on knowledge of video editing platforms: Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve or similar
- Project management: scope and prioritize work, maintain roadmap/backlog, drive on-time delivery.
- Work style: energetic, proactive, ownership mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, high-iteration startup with ambiguity and context switching.
- Agile practice (Scrum/Kanban) and comfort working alongside MERN teams.
- Data literacy: organize and interpret product usage, user feedback, and test results to inform decisions.
- Clear documentation: PRDs, user flows, acceptance criteria, edge cases, QA/test plans, release notes.
- Cross-functional communication with design/engineering/QA; comfortable working alongside MERN teams.
- English proficiency: professional fluency (C1+). Clear, concise writing and confident verbal communication with U.S.-based customers.
- Communication skills: strong cross-functional collaboration (design/engineering/QA), excellent a sync updates.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and backlog for core platform modules
- Turn problems into specs: define user stories with acceptance criteria and edge cases.
- Deliver features with design and engineering, managing scope and milestones.
- Run team rituals: planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure quality: coordinate QA, manage regression readiness, and publish release notes.
- Learn from users: conduct interviews/usability tests, structure feedback, and feed it into prioritization.
Measure and iterate: define success metrics, track adoption/performance, and drive post-release improvements.
If you believe you’re the right fit for this position, we’d love to hear from you. Thank you for your interest in joining our team.
