This internship is designed to give you real hands-on experience in IT sales and help you grow into a Junior Sales Specialist.

About the Internship Program

We are looking for a Trainee Sales Manager who wants to start a career in IT sales and business development.

This program is designed for candidates without commercial experience or with minimal experience, who want to learn how B2B sales work in the IT industry.

Duration: 1–2 months (may be extended depending on results)
Format: Remote / online office
Stipend: $100–200 (depending on candidate skills)

Successful trainees may receive an offer for the Junior Sales Specialist position.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of B2B sales and the full sales cycle
• Research and identify potential clients (LinkedIn, Upwork, databases)
• Assist with launching cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn)
• Support lead qualification and CRM management
• Participate in client calls and internal meetings
• Assist with preparing commercial proposals and presentations
• Conduct basic market and competitor research

Requirements

• Interest in sales, business development, and the IT industry
• Proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• English level — B2 or higher
• Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, email communication, and Google Workspace / MS Office will be a plus

At LITSLINK, we already have AI/ML engineers working on client projects. However, we're looking for a person who will help grow our AI expertise across the company, support client-facing activities, share knowledge internally, and become one of the key AI advocates within the organization.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, business, education, and consulting.

What You'll Do

• Participate in AI-related presales activities and client meetings
• Help clients identify opportunities where AI can create real business value
• Stay up to date with the latest AI trends, tools, frameworks, and technologies
• Organize internal AI workshops, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Help teams adopt AI tools and improve their workflows
• Research, test, and evaluate new AI products and approaches
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and help distribute knowledge across the company
• Support internal AI initiatives and contribute to the growth of our AI practice
• Mentor and support team members who are exploring AI technologies
   

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies
• Understanding of modern AI concepts such as LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, MCP, AI Automation, and related technologies
• Technical background and understanding of software development processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working with AI tools in practice
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
   

Nice to Have

• Experience participating in presales or discovery sessions
• Experience conducting workshops, trainings, webinars, or presentations
• Background in AI/ML, Business Analysis, Product Management, Solution Architecture, Technical Writing, or Consulting
• Experience in outsourcing or consulting environments

This is not a traditional AI Engineering position.
You won't spend all day training models or writing production code.
Instead, you'll help shape how AI is adopted across teams, support client conversations, explore new technologies, share knowledge, and help both colleagues and clients navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

• Stay up to date with the latest AI trends, tools, frameworks, and best practices
• Organize and facilitate internal AI workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Help teams integrate AI into their daily workflows and processes
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to collect and share expertise across the company
• Contribute to the development of our AI practice and AI-related service offerings
• Support junior specialists and help grow AI awareness across the organization
• Research, test, and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Is genuinely passionate about AI and continuously explores new tools and technologies
• Has a solid understanding of the modern AI ecosystem, including LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, MCP, AI automation, and related concepts
• Has a technical background and understands software development processes
• Enjoys communicating with people and explaining complex topics in a simple way
• Has experience presenting ideas, conducting workshops, training others, or consulting stakeholders
• Is comfortable working with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Has strong English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher)

Nice to Have

• Experience participating in presales, discovery sessions, or client-facing activities
• Experience in outsourcing, consulting, or technology services companies
• Background in Business Analysis, Product Management, Technical Writing, AI/ML Engineering, Solution Architecture, or AI Consulting

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Copilot, LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, Make, or similar platforms
