We're looking for a Senior Cloud / DevOps Engineer to join a long-term client project and take ownership of cloud infrastructure powering a complex distributed platform.

You'll be responsible for designing reliable infrastructure, improving deployment processes, ensuring system stability, and automating operational workflows. This role offers a high level of autonomy, close collaboration with a senior engineering team, and the opportunity to work on technically challenging systems at scale
 

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure
• Manage infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Maintain development and production environments
• Build monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions
• Investigate production issues and participate in incident response
• Improve infrastructure security, networking, and secrets management
• Automate operational processes and eliminate repetitive manual work
• Optimize cloud performance, scalability, reliability, and costs
   

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS
• Solid experience with Terraform
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Strong Linux administration skills
• Scripting experience (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (or alternative orchestration platforms)
• Good understanding of networking, distributed systems, and production infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English
   

Nice to have

• Experience working with blockchain or distributed infrastructure
• Experience supporting Rust-based applications
• Knowledge of cloud security, secrets management, or cryptography
• Experience with Tailscale or similar networking solutions
• Startup experience

About the Internship Program

We are looking for a Trainee Sales Manager who wants to start a career in IT sales and business development.

This program is designed for candidates without commercial experience or with minimal experience, who want to learn how B2B sales work in the IT industry.

Duration: 1–2 months (may be extended depending on results)
Format: Remote / online office
Stipend: $100–200 (depending on candidate skills)

Successful trainees may receive an offer for the Junior Sales Specialist position.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of B2B sales and the full sales cycle
• Research and identify potential clients (LinkedIn, Upwork, databases)
• Assist with launching cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn)
• Support lead qualification and CRM management
• Participate in client calls and internal meetings
• Assist with preparing commercial proposals and presentations
• Conduct basic market and competitor research

• Proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• English level — B2 or higher
• Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, email communication, and Google Workspace / MS Office will be a plus
