We are looking for an ambitious Back End Developer who wants to join a fast growing and product-driven software business. We are backed by a private equity fund, are headquartered in London and have a distributed workforce across Europe. We have very ambitious plans for the business in the next 5 years and are looking to build top tier technical team to rival and beat our American competitors. The offer includes employee stock options (ESOP).
What you will do:
- Develop new BE functionality for our platform
- Work closely with the Founder, CTO and the rest of the R&D team
- Recommend and build-out the architecture of the platform
- Improve our DevOps, CI/CD and QA processes

Our stack:

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience with BE development
- Expertise with NodeJS, Angular, AWS, Mongo
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps functions
- B.S. or more advanced degrees in Computer Science or equivalent engineering degree

We are looking for an ambitious Customer Success Analyst who wants to join a fast-growing and product-driven software business. We have very ambitious plans for the next five years and are focused on building a high-performing Customer Success team to ensure our clients receive timely help, clear guidance and real value from our product.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a library of reports and dashboards using Metabase and when necessary MongoDB query language (MQL), leveraging client data to provide actionable insights
- Analyse client-related data to generate actionable insights for the Customer Success team
- Ensure accuracy and clarity of reporting outputs, and assist in interpreting results for internal stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise from customers
- Use MS Excel for data cleaning, transformation, and formatting — including pivot tables, formulas, and charting
- Prepare data exports, summaries, and performance trackers as needed by the Customer Success Team
- Structuring raw client data into usable formats for reporting and CRM input
- Input, update, and manage customer data within the CRM system in accordance with client requests
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a customer support, operations, or analyst role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel — including pivot tables, lookups, and advanced formulas
- 2+ years of experience with MongoDB / SQL is a strong preference
- Experience with building reports and dashboards using Metabase or similar BI tools
- Familiarity with using a CRM system (e.g., DealCoud, Salesforce, Attio)
English level — Advanced or higher
