We are looking for a driven Lead Generation Specialist/BDR, In this role you will find potential leads, and help to the groundwork for long‑term relationships. Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Over 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, including the ability to make qualification calls.
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level in English (in both written and oral).
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach.
• Experience in identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and database creation.
• Proficient in CRM systems and statistical tools, with the ability to extract and analyze necessary data, preparation of different reports and metrics collection and analyzing campaign effectiveness.
• Experience in strategy creation, conducting various experiments, analyzing results, and implementing best scenarios.
• Experience both in actively seeking direct clients and in organizing successful roadshows.
• The preparation and composition of texts, as well as the creation of sequences.
• Skills of mentoring and training of trainees and juniors.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience with various lead generation automation services.
• Practical experience with email outreach and Upwork.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Daily hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot;
• Advanced knowledge of .NET (C#) for building and maintaining API-driven applications;
• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL (experience with AWS Aurora and pg-vector is a plus);
• Proven track record integrating LLM solutions via Amazon Bedrock, including Knowledge Base and Guardrails;
• Strong proficiency with Angular (v20) and Angular Material for creating intuitive front-end interfaces;
• Experience with performance monitoring using AWS CloudWatch and Google Analytics;
• Confident working with AWS for deployment, scaling, and maintenance;
• Analytical mindset, precision in work, and a team-oriented approach;
• English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

We are hiring a Flutter Developer to build a high-performance mobile game project. This role focuses on designing and implementing features that directly enhance the overall player experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial Flutter/Dart experience, including delivery of production-grade apps.
• Strong understanding of Flutter framework internals, widget lifecycle, async/await, isolates, and performance considerations.
• Deep knowledge of mobile development principles (platform differences, app lifecycle, background processes).
• Proven experience with Bloc/Cubit in medium-to-large apps.
• Use Coding GenAI agents on a day-to-day basis
• Ability to structure scalable app architecture and manage complex state flows.
• Experience with Firebase (Push Notifications, Dynamic Link, Remote Configs)
• Experience with Navigation (auto_router, go_router)
• Experience with API integration (Open API Specification, http, dio, json_serializable, freezed)
• Experience with Styling (theme configuration, dark/light modes)
• Knowledge of Google Play Console and App Store Connect
• Building Apps: iOS/Android. Flavor-based builds
• Experience working with design editors (Figma)
• Intermediate level of English
• Experience with Version Control

Responsibilities

• Working on implementing new features of the app
• Implement pixel-perfect design
• Code review by other teammates
• Direct communication with the client and the rest of the team

Would be a plus

• Familiarity with Provider / Riverpod / GetX / MobX is a plus.
• Create app builds and releases on different platforms
• Experience with Codemagic or Fastlane
• General knowledge of Google Cloud Console
