💼 The Role

Generate and qualify B2B leads through social media marketing.

Your focus:
- 70% Marketing: Content strategy, posts, ads (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram)
- 30% Lead Qualification: Initial discovery calls, filter prospects, schedule demos with Head of Sales

📊 Responsibilities

- Create educational content targeting clinic directors, CMOs, salon owners
- Manage ad campaigns (Meta Ads for Instagram/Facebook)
- Build presence on Telegram channels and groups
- Qualify incoming leads via messenger/calls
- Pass qualified opportunities to sales team
- Track KPIs: CPL, lead quality, conversion rates

🔧 Requirements

Must Have:
- Social media marketing experience + portfolio
- Communication skills (you'll talk to leads)
- Comfortable with performance-based pay
- Ukrainian: Native (all content and communication)

Nice to Have:
- B2B or SaaS experience
- Instagram/Facebook marketing for B2B
- Telegram marketing experience
- Lead qualification experience
- Basic design skills (Canva/Figma)
