Requirements:
 

• 5+ years of commercial experience with Rust;
• experience with async Rust (Tokio or similar runtimes), competitiveness;
• strong background in distributed systems and high-load backend architectures (message brokers, streaming, microservices);
• hands-on experience with gRPC (services, clients, interceptors, authentication, networking);
• solid understanding of cloud-native environments, including AWS and Kubernetes (developer level);
• experience with authorization and security systems, including RBAC/ABAC, token-based authentication, claims, and permissions;

• experience with DSLs, compilers, interpreters, or code generation;
• hands-on experience with Kafka, especially in AWS MSK environments;

Responsibilities:
 

• Design, implement, and evolve the core Rust platform powering a mission-critical data integration system;
• Develop and maintain fine-grained authorization models across control plane, data plane, and API layers;
• Contribute to the evolution of the internal DSL and compiler;
• Design and enhance the transport layer based on gRPC;
• Implement and maintain a GraphQL API layer on top of existing gRPC-based services;
• Lead and support the migration from Kafka (Strimzi on Kubernetes) to AWS MSK, ensuring reliability and minimal downtime;
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, including complex multi-stream joins and real-time data processing workflows;
• Improve and maintain the storage layer, including S3 integration and multipart upload mechanisms;
• Work on performance, scalability, and reliability of distributed systems operating at scale;
• Collaborate closely with the CTO/co-founder on core architecture and technical strategy.

We’re a software outsourcing company that ships AI-powered products for EdTech and Healthcare clients. A big slice of our work is chat/voice conversational engines over knowledge bases and operational processes; we also build recommendation features, data pipelines, and full-stack integrations. What you’ll do

• Design & build LLM applications: RAG over client KBs, multi-tool/agent graphs, prompt strategies, and voice UX (STT/TTS).
• Implement retrieval & data flows: ingestion, chunking, metadata/embeddings, hybrid retrieval, re-ranking, caching.
• Own evaluation & quality: latency/cost budgets, A/Bs.
• Automate with n8n (or similar): connect services, data, and back-office workflows; expose reliable admin ops for non-engineers.
• Ship pipelines: Airflow for orchestration; dbt for transformations/semantic layer where relevant.
• Productionize: tracing/observability, feature flags, safe rollouts, secrets & config hygiene.
• Collaborate with clients: discover scope, explain trade-offs, demo progress; optional presales spikes/estimates.

Must-have qualifications

• Strong Python (typing, tests, packaging) and web/service basics (FastAPI, Docker).
• Hands-on building LLM apps with one or more: LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Dify (or equivalents).
• RAG end-to-end experience: corpus prep → embeddings → retrieval → re-rank → context assembly → measurable gains.
• Evaluation mindset: design offline eval sets and release gates; reason about faithfulness vs relevancy; control p95 latency & $/session.
• Cloud proficiency in AWS or Azure (using at least one in production).
• Comfort with observability (OpenTelemetry/LangSmith/Prometheus/Grafana or similar).
• English B2+; clear written & verbal client communication.

Nice to have

• Vector DBs: pgvector, Qdrant, Pinecone, Azure Cognitive Search (vector); rerankers (BGE/monoT5/Cohere/ColBERT).
• Voice: Azure Speech, Whisper; VAD/barge-in, turn-taking logic.

Leveling expectations

Mid-level

• Implements features from clear designs; contributes to prompts, tools, retrieval tweaks.
• Writes reliable code and tests; adds tracing; participates in eval set curation.
• Operates one cloud (AWS or Azure); comfortable with n8n recipes and simple Airflow DAGs.

Senior

• Leads solution design E2E; chooses retrieval/agent patterns; defines latency/cost targets.
• Establishes eval harness & release gates; drives A/Bs and post-release monitoring.
• Shapes client scope & trade-offs; mentors others; improves platform reusable components.
• Comfortable across both clouds or deep in one; designs robust n8n/Airflow/dbt topologies.

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Lead generation specialist to drive new business opportunities, primarily through LinkedIn and event-based activities. The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter who knows how to build relationships, generate and validate high-quality leads, and support the full lead nurturing cycle — from initial research and event preparation to follow-ups and CRM management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven experience in lead generation for a software development company
• Proficient written English (B2+ level or higher)
• Solid understanding of SDLC and key software development technologies
• Good understanding of software outsourcing and outstaffing business models
• Proven experience with LinkedIn lead generation, including building connections, crafting outreach messages, and managing campaigns
• Proven experience with email-based lead generation, including cold outreach and follow-up campaigns
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records in a CRM system (HubSpot preferred)
• Excellent communication and time management skills; ability to work independently and take ownership of results

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in event-based lead generation — both offline (conferences, meetups, networking events) and online (webinars, virtual summits)
• Good skills in working with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, or Gemini for research, content creation, or automation
• Experience with lead outreach and automation tools such as Instantly, Apollo, or similar

• Familiarity with A/B testing, personalization techniques, and sales automation workflows

   

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, event platforms, email campaigns, and other relevant channels
• Plan and execute lead generation activities around targeted industry events (before, during, and after events)
• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns aligned with marketing and sales goals
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create and test new strategies and hypotheses for outreach and engagement
• Book live or virtual meetings with qualified leads and ensure smooth scheduling and communication
• Conduct timely follow-ups with leads generated from events
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in CRM (HubSpot)
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, event, and lead generation metrics
• Continuously explore new tools, platforms, and methods to improve lead quality and conversion rates
