Light Apps Group is looking for a creative 2D Animator / Motion Designer who is excited to turn ideas into engaging explainer and story-driven animated content for marketing and product use.

You don’t have to come from a big studio — what matters most is your visual thinking, animation skills, and ability to explain complex things in a simple, engaging way. We are launching a new direction focused on explainer and story-driven animation, so you’ll have a chance to shape the visual style, approaches, and formats from the ground up in a fast-paced yet supportive environment with minimal bureaucracy.

What you'll do

• Create short explainer and story-driven animated videos for marketing and product content
• Develop visual style, characters, and scenes from scratch
• Turn scripts and ideas into storyboards and visual storytelling concepts
• Produce 2D animation / motion design (characters, objects, UI, infographics)
• Help the team find the best visual way to explain complex ideas
• Record basic voiceovers for videos when needed
• Add simple sound design and background music (when required)
• Collaborate closely with the founder to bring ideas to life

What we're looking for

• Strong illustration skills (characters, scenes, objects)
• Experience in 2D animation / motion design
• Confidence with tools such as After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma (your own solid stack is enough)
• Understanding of animation principles (timing, movement, expressiveness)
• Ability to think not only “how it looks” but “how it communicates”
• Attention to detail and responsibility for final visual quality
• Ability to work with loosely defined ideas and turn them into clear visual solutions

Nice to have

• Experience with explainer or narrative animation

Light Apps Group is looking for an experienced ASO & ASA Specialist to lead growth across a portfolio of mobile apps utility products. 🚀 You’ll own the full cycle of store optimization and Apple Search Ads, driving installs and scaling visibility across diverse verticals!

What you'll do

• Optimize app store presence (metadata, visuals, keywords) for multiple iOS and Android apps
• Plan and run A/B tests to boost conversion rates
• Manage and scale ASA campaigns, including CPP usage
• Analyze performance (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention) and report insights
• Conduct competitor and keyword research
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams
• Monitor trends, maintain compliance, and test new strategies
   

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in ASO and ASA
• Proven track record optimizing app listings and paid campaigns
• Experience with CPP (iOS) and CSL (Google Play)

What you'll do

• You will be responsible for finding new high-performing creatives, funnels/combinations, geos, and approaches — possibly even entirely new niches
• Continuous test launches
• Planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns to attract new users
• Analyzing campaign results and optimizing performance based on key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
• Assigning tasks and requesting creatives from designers and copywriters, testing new hypotheses and creative approaches
• Monitoring competitors’ advertising campaigns and their creative strategies
   

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Media Buyer for mobile apps or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with multiple traffic sources (Meta, Google, TikTok, in-app, DSP networks, etc.)
• Strong skills in setting up, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns
• Ability to collect and interpret performance data, as well as adjust campaigns accordingly
• Experience working with large budgets will be a plus
• Creative thinking and experience in testing various advertising approaches and formats

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience as PPC/UA Manager
• Experience of working with web funnels for mobile apps
• Proficiency in Google Ads (search/display/pMax), Google Analytics and related tools
• Experience of full cycle managing PPC campaigns: launch, analysis, optimization, scale
• Experience of managing big budgets
• Understanding of the marketing funnel and the main metrics (CTR, IR, CPC, CPA, CR, LTV, ROAS)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
• English level — Intermediate
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision
• Experience of working on multiple projects
   

Nice to have
