About Us: We are a dynamic Web2/Web3 incentive platform startup that has successfully launched our MVP. We are now expanding our team to propel the project to the next level. The Role: We are looking for a passionate Middle Frontend Developer to join a close-knit, cross-functional team of 4, working directly with the CTO. You will own the frontend architecture, ensuring it is not only performant and intuitive but also fully instrumented for data-driven decision-making.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain a responsive React.js application.
• Implement robust user behavioral analytics: You will be responsible for instrumenting the frontend to capture granular user interactions (beyond basic page views) using Google Analytics (GA4), Rybbit, and Hotjar.
• Collaborate with the backend team (.NET) to define, integrate, and optimize REST APIs.
• Manage the deployment pipeline using Docker and Git.
• Actively use AI coding assistants to speed up development and boilerplate generation.

Requirements:

• Core: 3+ years of experience with React.js (Hooks, Context API, State Management).
• Analytics: Proven experience implementing analytics in Single Page Applications (tracking custom events, managing Data Layers, and integrating tools like Hotjar/GA4).
• AI Proficiency: You are an "AI Tools Master"—you know how to leverage AI to code faster and smarter.
• Soft Skills: Open-minded, quick learner, and a proactive team player.
• Language: Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).

Nice to Have (Not required, but a plus):

• Familiarity with Web3 concepts (Wallets, Smart Contract interactions).
• Experience with Nest.js or .NET.
