    We’re looking for a true HR detective! 🕵️‍♂️
    Someone who doesn’t just search for candidates — but reads the market, untangles connections, and builds a full picture of teams and businesses. Your tools: attention to detail, analytical mindset, and creative approach. You’ll be the first touchpoint in the hiring funnel and lay the foundation for recruitment success: researching, matching, analyzing.

     

    🔍Your responsibilities:

    • Find top candidates by following their digital footprints: from LinkedIn to conference Reels
    • Research the iGaming market and related industries, compile target company lists
    • Build and update organizational charts of target companies
    • Conduct initial written outreach to candidates
    • Use modern sourcing tools: Boolean search, X-Ray, LinkedIn Premium, ChatGPT
    • Develop sourcing strategies for each open position
    • Explore new sourcing channels and enhance referral programs
    • Maintain a clean and up-to-date candidate database
    • Prepare reports and share analytics with the team

     

    🎯 What we expect:

    • 1+ year of experience in sourcing or lead generation
    • Ability to find contacts with minimal input
    • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Boolean search, X-Ray
    • English level B1+
    • Interest in the iGaming market
    • Ability to see connections and build company org charts
    • Attention to detail, structured approach, analytical mindset
    • Ability to work with large volumes of information and repetitive tasks
    • Creativity in sourcing and initial outreach
    • Proficiency with ChatGPT to optimize search processes
