Necessary skills and qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (AKS, ACR, VNETs, Storage, Monitoring, Entra ID)
• 3+ years working with microservices architecture and containerized workloads
• 3+ years of experience as a Cloud Architect
• 8+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer with any backend technology
• Proficiency in Azure Active Directory (Azure EntraID)
• Good knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and container orchestration at scale
• In-depth understanding of cloud security principles, including encryption, zero-trust networking, and secure service-to-service communication
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with customers and internal teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to balance business requirements, compliance, and technical feasibility
• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency
   

Will be a plus:

• Solid understanding of multi-region, high-availability, and disaster recovery designs (BCDR)
• Experience with MSAL, MFA, and federated identity integrations
• Expertise in FHIR and HL7 protocols
• Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001 compliance requirements
• Understanding of how DevOps/DevSecOps tools (Terraform/Bicep, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) work
• Proficiency in SDLC and V-model development
• Experience with design control and requirements traceability in compliance with regulatory standards
• Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-303, AZ-304
   

About the project: 
We are building a comprehensive healthcare ecosystem on Microsoft Azure, leveraging AKS, ACR, and advanced DevSecOps practices to deliver security, scalability, and compliance by design. The platform consists of several sub-projects, each implemented with a cloud-native microservices architecture that ensures flexibility, modularity, and rapid innovation. You will define and lead the development of a secure, multi-tenant solution with federated identity, strong encryption, and real-time scalability – all aligned with industry best practices and healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR.

About the project:

We build cloud-native backend services, APIs, and background systems designed for scalability, reliability, and high performance. Our projects span consumer devices, energy, healthcare, and beyond, combining regulated requirements with rapid time-to-market and often bringing together a variety of technologies in a single project. You will develop services that process real-time device data, integrate multiple systems, handle high-volume cloud workloads, and power applications across diverse use cases. Make a direct impact by contributing to complex systems that drive innovation across industries.

Necessary skills and qualifications:

• At least 3 years of commercial experience with Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django REST, etc.)
• Experience with relational/non-relational databases
• Strong knowledge of the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) principles
• Hands-on experience with application performance optimization and low-level debugging
• Practical AWS/Azure engineering experience: creating and securing resources, not just consuming them from code
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Good knowledge of the HTTP protocol
• Proactive position in solution development and process improvements
• Ability to cooperate with customers and teammates
• Upper-Intermediate English level
   

Will be a plus:

• Experience with any other back-end technologies
• Knowledge of communication protocols: MQTT/XMPP/AMQP/RabbitMQ/WebSockets
• Ability to research new technological areas and understand them in depth through self-directed learning
• Skilled in IoT data collection, managing device fleets, and implementing OTA updates
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7) and HIPAA/GDPR compliance
• Expertise in documenting technical solutions in different formats
