    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in Digital or iGaming;
    • Deep understanding of affiliate models and digital service sales;
    • English level C1;
    • Strong negotiation skills and partnership management experience;
    • Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Actively search for and attract new partners;
    • Conduct negotiations and agree on cooperation models;
    • Manage partner relationships from onboarding to scaling;
    • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, sales);
    • Monitor the market and generate new growth hypotheses;
    • Analyze current partnerships and initiate improvements;
    • Work with CRM and tracking systems.

     

    Would be a plus:

    • Experience in iGaming companies with affiliate programs and/or in digital agencies with international expertise;
    • Hands-on experience working with affiliate networks and aggregators.
