Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Digital or iGaming;
- Deep understanding of affiliate models and digital service sales;
- English level C1;
- Strong negotiation skills and partnership management experience;
- Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Actively search for and attract new partners;
- Conduct negotiations and agree on cooperation models;
- Manage partner relationships from onboarding to scaling;
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, sales);
- Monitor the market and generate new growth hypotheses;
- Analyze current partnerships and initiate improvements;
- Work with CRM and tracking systems.
Would be a plus:
- Experience in iGaming companies with affiliate programs and/or in digital agencies with international expertise;
- Hands-on experience working with affiliate networks and aggregators.
