    This is an execution‑first junior role for a marketer who wants to grow into a T‑shaped professional. You’ll help us validate and launch multiple micro‑bets: building outreach funnels (email & LinkedIn), shipping content that moves the needle, and improving SEO fundamentals - while learning how a venture studio takes ideas from insight to investable product. Elements of the role (content repurposing, light design, analytics hygiene, and basic marketing ops) are modelled on successful patterns from the sample descriptions you shared.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Research ICPs, build clean lists, draft short, high‑signal copy, and set up compliant sequences; track replies, CTR, and meeting conversions.
    • Turn customer pains and industry signals into outlines and snackable assets; publish across blogs, LinkedIn, newsletters, and basic visuals (Canva/Figma).
    • Repurpose content by format/channel; review performance (reach, engagement, CTR) and ship improvements weekly.
    • Support keyword research, on‑page fixes (titles, metas, internal links), and briefs for writers; monitor results with lightweight analytics.
    • Keep the content calendar flowing; publish with full metadata; maintain asset hygiene (naming, templates, case studies).
    • Coordinate async with design/PM to unblock bottlenecks and hit deadlines.
    • Use AI tools for ideation/scaling content responsibly; keep clean UTMs and simple dashboards to show impact.
       

    Requirements

    • Good written English (using AI or similar tools).
    • Must be proficient in prompting and utilising the latest models of ChatGPT to create organic-like communications.
    • Good communication techniques, basic marketing hooks and funnels, and negotiation skills.
    • Basic knowledge of using Figma, spreadsheeting.
    • Continuously learn and grow every day with proven results.
    • Proven ability to deliver excellent results and detailed reports while working on the goal-based model independently.
    • Perfect with time management and task prioritisation, disciplined, and focused - must.

    What you’ll sell

Companies get secure, role‑based multi‑currency treasury, base‑currency mirroring, instant confirmations, subscriptions/recurring, developer‑friendly APIs & webhooks, audit‑ready reporting, and passkey‑level security - without juggling chain gas tokens or lengthy compliance queues. 
    Roadmap adds relayers for instant FX, business crypto cards, working capital, and mass payouts - fuel for expansion and upsell.

    What you’ll do

    • Build top‑of‑funnel from scratch: research, prospecting, and personalized outreach at scale.
    • Run full‑cycle deals end‑to‑end across multiple time zones; multi‑thread senior stakeholders (Founders, COO/CFO, Heads of Payments/Compliance).
    • Tailor demos and pilots; shape clear go‑live plans (API keys, webhooks, checkout/invoices, subscriptions).
    • Navigate compliance and risk questions with confidence (KYT, sanctions screening, non‑custodial architecture).
    • Forecast accurately; keep CRM immaculate; share structured feedback with Product/Compliance to tighten fit and shorten cycles.
    • Represent the portfolio company at targeted industry events and communities.
       

    What you bring

    • 1+ year in B2B fintech sales (payments/crypto/treasury) - with exposure to high‑risk industries (iGaming, crypto), PSPs, FinTechs, banks, stablecoins, or tokenized assets.
    • Evidence you can prospect, sequence, demo, negotiate, and close independently.
    • Good English (strong written & spoken; you can lead calls and draft crisp proposals).
