🔹 Requirements:

HR:

— 1+ year of experience in HR/People Operations, understanding employee lifecycle.
— Experience with HR documentation and metrics.
— Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
— English level — B2

Sourcing:

— 1+ year of sourcing experience (IT — strong advantage).
— Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills.
— Ability to engage passive candidates and meet KPIs.

🔹 Responsibilities:

HR:

— Support onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain HR records.
— Track vacations, sick leaves, overtime, accruals, and balances.
— Support HR policies, guidelines, and process improvements.
— Handle operational HR requests from employees.

Sourcing:

— Allocate 50% workload to sourcing; manage 2 vacancies per month.
— Identify and engage top candidates via LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
— Conduct initial screening and transfer qualified candidates to the recruiter.
— Deliver weekly/monthly KPIs (performance-based bonus for successfully closed positions).
