Lagoteam, an IT outstaffing company, is looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist who can build marketing from scratch, shape and optimize our digital presence, and establish a predictable inbound leads flow.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed marketing strategy, plans and campaign roadmaps with clear goals and timelines.
• Optimize the Lagoteam website for search visibility, lead capture, and conversions.
• Build and execute inbound marketing activities (content, SEO, social, email, etc.) that increase traffic and lead generation.
• Establish brand awareness and positioning across channels.
• Monitor analytics and reporting (traffic, engagement, conversion rates, lead quality) and adapt strategies to maximize results.

• Coordinate marketing activities with internal teams and external freelancers or agencies.

   

Job Requirements:

• 2+ Years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in building marketing processes from scratch.
• Experience with website optimization, improving conversions and generating inbound leads.
• Good understanding of SEO and web analytics.
• Ability to create and manage content (website pages, presentations, social media, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools (i.e. Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs/Semrush, Wordpress, Salesforce or similar CRM, etc.)
• Comfortable working independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

• English Intermediate+ or higher.

This is a unique opportunity to work with Deloitte US clients and engage in global projects, leveraging your extensive skills in generative Al tools. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for translating complex business problems into data-driven solutions, drafting methodologies, and executing innovative
projects

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Back End developer.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (langchain, langgraph, crewai, autogen etc) and API integrations.
• Knowledge of Backend Frameworks such as Node.js and Django.
• Knowledge of APIs such as JSON and REST
• Good understanding of AI protocols and standards.
• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working on global teams collaborating via tools such as Jira, Teams, ADO.

• Advanced level of English.

   

Responsibilities:

• Implement effective and scalable Python code.
• Develop and implement GenAI applications including
• Large Language Models (LLM).
• Utilize GenAl engineering tools such as LangChain, RAG, Vector Database for implementation and optimization.
• Stay updated with Al protocols and standards and ensure their correct application in projects.
• Collaborate with other team members to understand requirements and develop solutions.
• Analyze complex problems, identify and define the computational requirements to solve them.
