We’re building a scalable business with ambitious growth plans. The project is still at an early stage, but we’re investing heavily in its development and believe in its long-term potential.

We’re looking for a Business Operations Lead who will take full ownership of the project’s operational performance, build efficient processes, develop the team, improve the product, and drive sustainable business growth.

This role reports directly to the CEO. While the strategic vision comes from the CEO, you will be responsible for turning that vision into daily execution and measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of BillionRent’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the project runs efficiently and delivers measurable business results.
• Lead and develop the project team, set priorities, monitor execution, and ensure accountability for outcomes.
• Build, optimize and document scalable operational processes, standards and workflows across the business.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, business risks and revenue leaks, and implement effective solutions.
• Work closely with designers and developers by translating business needs into clear product requirements and overseeing implementation.
• Improve the customer journey by analyzing data, user feedback and operational performance, ensuring product changes drive measurable impact.
• Monitor key business metrics including revenue, profitability, conversion, bookings, partner performance and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a high-quality partner network, ensuring reliable supply, accurate content and strong quality standards.
• Resolve complex operational, customer and partner issues, protecting the company’s financial and reputational interests.
• Report directly to the CEO, providing clear visibility into project performance while driving execution of the company’s strategic vision.

Requirements

• Experience leading operations, a business unit, product operations or a fast-growing business.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of business metrics, profitability and operational KPIs.
• Experience working with product, design and engineering teams.
• Ability to build processes in fast-changing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Willingness to stay highly involved and respond quickly when critical issues arise.
• Experience in car rental, marketplace, mobility, luxury services or e-commerce.

We are looking for a strong Head of Sales / Senior Team Lead who can lead the sales direction, scale revenue, improve team performance, and maintain an exceptional premium-level customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team (SDRs + Sales Managers)
• Monitor and improve key sales performance metrics
• Drive revenue, margin, and average order value growth
• Optimize sales processes and lead distribution

Обов’язки

Розвиток партнерської мережі

• пошук і підключення нових B2B-партнерів (car rental, luxury mobility)
• робота з холодним outbound outreach
• ведення переговорів із власниками та менеджментом компаній

Комерційні переговори

• узгодження цін, комісій, депозитів і умов оренди
• досягнення конкурентних умов для платформи
• дожим партнерів до фінального результату

Активація партнерів

• доведення партнерів до робочого стану
• контроль якості профілю: автомобілі, ціни, умови
• допомога в запуску перших угод

Управління якістю supply

• контроль швидкості відповіді партнерів (SLA)
• підтримка актуальності та якості пропозицій
• виявлення слабких місць у покритті (міста, категорії, бренди)

Аналітика та контроль

• ведення supply pipeline
• відстеження активності партнерів
• формування прозорої картини: хто активний, хто «випадає», де потрібна ескалація

Вимоги

• англійська мова на рівні B2 або вище
• італійська мова на рівні B1 або вище
• досвід роботи на ринку Італії
• досвід у B2B продажах / партнерствах / business development
• досвід холодного пошуку та залучення партнерів
• сильні навички переговорів і вміння дожимати на умови
• високий рівень відповідальності та самостійності
• готовність працювати hands-on, без готових процесів

Обов’язки

Обробка вхідних заявок від клієнтів (сайт, WhatsApp, електронна пошта тощо)

Консультування клієнтів та підбір автомобілів відповідно до їхніх потреб і вподобань

Продаж послуг оренди преміальних автомобілів та додаткових сервісів

Супровід повного циклу угоди: від першого контакту до її укладення

Робота з CRM-системою та коректне ведення угод

Координація з логістикою та операційною командою для забезпечення високого рівня сервісу

Налагодження довгострокових відносин із клієнтами та робота з повторними запитами

Підтримка високого рівня комунікації та стандартів сервісу

Вимоги
Має підтверджений досвід у сфері продажів (B2C або B2B)
Працював з high-ticket продуктами або клієнтами преміум-сегмента
Володіє сильними навичками ведення переговорів та роботи з запереченнями
Вміє укладати угоди та брати на себе відповідальність за результат
Має досвід роботи з CRM-системами
Розуміє ключові sales-метрики: conversion, average check, repeat sales
Англійська — рівень B2+ і вище (обов’язково)
Вільне володіння російською мовою — важливо, оскільки частина щоденної комунікації відбувається з колегами та клієнтами з Казахстану, Молдови та інших ринків, де вона активно використовується
Італійська або іспанська — будуть великою перевагою
