Responsibilities:

•Design and develop Big Data solutions, focusing on system integrations for seamless data exchange via APIs, batch files, and other methods, supporting triggers, dashboards, and digital funnels

•Conduct comprehensive reviews of business processes, document existing workflows, and propose workflow modifications for future improvements

•Write and refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prepare formal requirements for cross-organizational projects

•Evaluate and integrate data from multiple sources

•Design and document data flows and data mappings

•Aggregate and transform data to meet the needs of efficient data processing

•Address user questions and issues related to the data management platform

•Evaluate and improve business analysis processes

Requirements:

•3+ years as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Engineer or relevant experience 

•Strong business value orientation

•The ability to write clear requirements and specifications

•Experience in database technologies with solid understanding and hands-on skills with SQL/Advance SQL/Hive. Spark, Python knowledge would be a plus

•Understanding of structured, semi structured and unstructured datasets

•Should have worked on end-to-end solution development

•Need to have understanding of data pipeline building

Kyivstar is a leading Big Data player in Ukraine, and we are seeking a talented and motivated Partnerships Manager to join our Big Data team and play a crucial role in shaping our data partnerships strategy. If you're passionate about data acquisition and management, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

•            Identify and evaluate data partnering opportunities

•            Define data partnerships strategy and roadmap

•            Establish and maintain partnerships with key data providers and suppliers

•            Manage data requirements and standards definition, data transfers and updates, data feeds issues resolution

•            Negotiate and manage data partnerships licensing, contracting and pricing

•            Collaborate with Big Data Product, B2B marketing and sales to define and deliver data partnerships-driven products and solutions

•            Act as the primary point of contact for data partners relationships, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals

•            Develop and maintain a comprehensive catalog of data sources, including metadata, usage guidelines, and access permissions

•            Monitor data quality, accuracy, and consistency, implement processes to address any issues

•            Manage data partnerships P&L, budgets and costs

•            Work closely with ETL, ML and Data Science to enable efficient data ingestion and integration

•            Stay current with industry trends, emerging sources and technologies, and regulatory changes related to Big Data and data partnerships

Qualifications:

•            Bachelor's degree in data management, computer science, or a related field (Master's preferred)

•            Proven experience (3+ years) in data management or data sourcing, especially in a Big Data environment

•            Strong knowledge of data governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance

•            Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships

•            Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights and focus on data quality and accuracy

•            Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple data partnerships simultaneously

•            Familiarity with data integration tools and technologies

•            Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

•            Experience in managing a team or leading cross-functional projects is a plus

Kyivstar is looking for Data engineer the role is involved in designing, implementing and managing Data platforms, and works closely with Architects, Data Engineers, and others to determine what tools are appropriate for specific solutions. The role analyzes complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data and builds/maintains data reporting platforms that combine core data sources to support integrations, reporting and analytical systems

Requirements:

·       4+ years in Data Engineer, Data Analyst or another quant-focused field  

·       3+ years of experience within Data Warehousing and Analytics with demonstrable experience in data integration and data warehouse projects

·       3+ years SQL experience required  

·       experience with creating dashboards on Power BI

·       Experience with implementation and administration of Power BI Premium

·       Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and produce required source-to-target data mappings

·       Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills 

·       Excellent decision-making and presentation skills in a fast-paced team environment

·       Experience in an environment that utilizes the following: SAP Business Objects, SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau

Responsibility:

·       Preparing business requirements and technical specification by transformation Customer idea to real use cases

·       Develop analytical data sets in Azure or internal Big Data Environments which can be used for analytics and data science  

·       Build and maintain reporting, models, dashboards 

·       Perform data conversion, data imports, data exports and transformations.

·       Troubleshoots data analytic tools, systems

·       Collaboration and communication with stakeholders.

·       Intimate knowledge of multiple data management solutions

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the core functionality of virtualization platforms;
• Experience implementing and migrating workloads in virtualized environment;
• Experience in complex IT solutions and Hybrid Cloud solution projects.
• Good understanding of IT-infrastructure services is a plus;
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting of complex environments in case of failure;
• At least basic knowledge in networking & information security is an advantage
• Hyper-V, Proxmox, VMWare experience would be an advantage;
• Experience in the area of services outsourcing (as customer and/or provider) is an advantage.
• Work experience of 2+ years in a similar position
• Scripting and programming experience/background in PowerShell/Bash is an advantage;
• Strong team communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Experience in technical documentation writing and preparation;
• English skills - intermediate level is minimum and mandatory for global teams communication;
• Industry certification focused on relevant solution area.
