Requirements:

• You have 6+ years of full-stack development experience;
• You’ve built and maintained beautiful and scalable user interfaces that have reached a large audience using React;
• You have a track record of delivering scalable and reliable backend solutions and implementing REST API architecture. You are comfortable working with APIs and have a solid understanding of server-side languages and frameworks such as Node.js Python or Django;
• You can readily learn most technologies as you go. To you, technologies are about tools and tradeoffs, not an ideology;
• You care about the business implications of anything you build. You’re not just going after cool stuff — you understand the balance between craft, speed, and the bottom line;
• You are hungry to build products people love and are passionate about productivity and time;

• Bonus: You’re fluent with Typescript, Django, Postgres, Docker, K8S, and AWS.

• Be responsible for building new product features from the ground up: Shape. Design. Build. Think of features to improve team collaboration and focus;

What We Expect from You:

✅ Expert in Webflow — deep understanding of all Webflow features, interactions, and animations.

✅ Strong eye for design and detail — ability to match Figma designs pixel-perfectly.

✅ Good coding knowledge — experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom elements.

✅ Experience with complex Webflow projects — CMS collections, dynamic content, API integrations, etc.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain pixel-perfect Webflow pages based on Figma designs.
• Develop responsive, high-quality web pages that function across all devices.
• Utilize Webflow’s full feature set, including animations, interactions, and scrolling effects.
• Work with custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to implement advanced functionality when needed.
• Optimize Webflow projects for performance, speed, and SEO best practices.

As part of our core team, you’ll contribute to open-source projects, work with cutting-edge technologies,
and build scalable, high-performance systems.

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with deep knowledge of front-end tech.
• Strong expertise in React, Vue.js, and native JavaScript.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js, MongoDB, AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Proven track record building scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Understanding of REST APIs, responsive design, web security, and performance optimization.
• Open-source contribution experience is a big plus.
