About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our team and help us grow by hiring the right people across both technical and non-technical roles. This is a full-cycle recruitment role focused on quality, speed, and providing a great candidate experience. You’ll play a key role in growing the team, ensuring we bring in top talent, and actively participating in improving our hiring processes.

     What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles (tech and non-tech) across Europe, US, and LATAM
• Source candidates through multiple channels and build strong talent pipelines
• Conduct screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer
• Participate in improving and optimizing recruitment processes and tools
• Keep recruitment data, reports, and systems up to date
  
  What We’re Looking For:
• 4+ years of experience in recruitment
• 2+ years of experience hiring in a product company
• Proven experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
• Experience hiring in US, Europe, and Ukraine markets
• Strong track record in full-cycle recruitment
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Strong sourcing and communication skills
• Proactive and well-organized

Who we’re looking for?

• 5+ years experience in software engineering
• Experience working on complex product during the last 3 years
• Experience with back-end technologies: Node.js, NestJS (or any other framework), SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with infrastructure: Cloud computing (AWS), CI/CD, Kubernetes
• Understanding design patterns, algorithms, and system design
• Great communication skills; curious, collaborative, humble, and an excellent problem solver
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

Will be a plus

• Previous experience in FinTech startup
   

What you’ll be doing?

You will join the Application team and help our effort to deliver a comprehensive investment experience to our customers. Tech Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, React, RxJS, AWS, Kubernetes, MongoDB, PostgreSQL. More specifically:

• You will be responsible for the end-to-end development and implementation of features
• Being a small team requires you to be responsible for features, from gathering requirements to realizing and maintaining, and offering improvements
• Designing and implementing scalable web services, applications, and APIs
• Transform large and complex datasets into beautiful visualizations
• Identifying bottlenecks and improving software efficiency
• Work closely with the product management and design team to define feature requirements and deliver the product that materially impacts the business and improves the customer experience
